Harness the powers of the planets and gravity.

Moonstrider Magic

Starting at 3rd level, you learn an additional spell when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown in the Moonstrider Spells table. The spell counts as a ranger spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of ranger spells you know.

3rd: Magnify Gravity

5th: Levitate

9th: Moonbeam

13th: Slow

17th: Gravity Sinkhole

3rd: Anti - Gravity

Once per turn when you hit a creature with an attack, you can inverse the effect gravity has on them. You can choose to change the damage type of the attack to force. The target must succeed a constitution save or levitate 10 feet into the air. The attack has no effect on a success. On a fail, the creature can make an athletics check against your spell save dc to grab hold of a sturdy object to remain on the ground if they have a free hand. During their turn, they must remain holding onto a sturdy object with a free hand or else levitate 10 feet into the air. They can use their movement to move across vertical or horizontal surfaces during their turn.

This effect lasts until the end of your next turn.

7th: Shooting Star

When you or a willing creature you can see within 30 feet are subjected to saving throw, you can use your reaction to bless the target with the speed of a shooting star. You can move the target up to 60 feet without provoking opportunity attacks whether they succeed or fail the saving throw.

This feature can be used a number of times equal to your wisdom modifier per long rest.

11th: Cosmic Hunter

When you use your bonus action to cast Hunter's Mark, as part of the same bonus action you can launch a star at the target of your Hunter's Mark. While concentrating on Hunter's Mark, you can use a bonus action each turn to make this attack. The attack has the following properties:

  • Range: 120 feet
  • 1d8 + wisdom modifier force or radiant damage (your choice)
  • Attack uses your spellcasting attack bonus

The target of your Hunter's Mark cannot benefit from invisibility, or use interplanar travel.

15th: Living Satellite

When a creature fails the saving throw against your anti - gravity attack, you can choose to cast levitate on the target by expending a 2nd level spell slot as part of the same attack action. When cast in this way, they automatically fail the saving throw against levitate and the target can weigh up to 1000 pounds.

Once per rest, you may use this feature without expending a spell slot.
