Base Class: Bard
Bards of the College of Emotion fully delve into their raw feelings to fuel their art. Often, it's pulled from their own experiences, especially pain or heartache. It can be characterized as adolescent or derivative by detractors, but those who practice this style of music find it honest and real, even (and maybe especially) the parts that others might cringe from. Their style is confessional and often dark.
Because of this, those who belong to the College of Emotion tend to wear their hearts on their sleeves. They have a tendency to get loud quickly, and burn out their feelings in bursts of energy and noise.
Those who practice this kind of music can often be identified by their style of dress, which includes heavy bangs, dyed hair. Their clothing is often very baggy or very tight, and either casual or overdressed. They rarely wear anything middle of the road (though, much the same can be said for all bards). They also have a particular fondness for stripes and make-up.
Cry Havok
You may expend two bardic inspirations as a bonus action to let out a piercing cry as you make an attack. This shriek does 1d6 thunder damage at level 3, 2d6 at level 7, 3d6 at level 11 and 4d6 at level 15. You may choose to use this after a blow has already landed. This ability will work for magic attacks, but only for those with attack rolls, not skill saves.
Wisdom Proficency
At 3rd level, when you join the College of Emotion, you have a greater connection with your emotional state. Therefore, you gain proficiency with wisdom saving throws.
Raw Emotion
At 6th level, you may tap into the emotions of those around you. As a bonus action, you can play your music and reawaken the personal pain of one target who can hear you. They must succeed on a wisdom saving throw against your spell DC. On a fail, they are blinding by their memories and tears. This effect lasts 1 minute, or until they succeed on the wisdom saving throw. Than can attempt to save again at the end of each of their turn.
This ability can only be used once every long rest.
Musical Beacon
Beginning at 14th level, you may use your action to become a musical beacon, gifting your internal emotional sensitivity to others. For up to ten minutes, if concentration is kept, you may give yourself and all allies who can hear (within 60 feet) advantage wisdom saving throws. You do not need to keep playing for this to work. You may use this feature once per short rest.
