Base Class: Fighter
Draconic Warriors (sometimes called Dragon Knights) are fighters who have drawn on and refined the powers of dragons - whether this power comes from a blood pact, a deal with a dragon, ancestral heritage, a learned or developed power, or some other source, sometimes a power develops without a connection to these sources, though this is rare. One who is proven to wield the abilities of the dragon warriors within a knightly order is typically placed into a separate regiment of fighters with similar abilities. These powerful fighters are known to imbue their strikes with the elemental powers of a dragon, engulfing a sword in flames, charging an arrow with lightning, or spewing acid from a hammer to name a few.
Draconic Warriors typically have an identifying physical feature or two that reveals the existence of their abilities, this may be the growth of scales on various parts of their body, dragon horns on one’s head, claws, draconic eyes, or some other draconic feature. Dragon warriors are known to develop various abilities within themselves, ranging from elemental attacks, to flight, and even the ability to temporarily shift into the form of a dragon.

Draconic Defenses
When you gain this subclass at level 3 your skin hardens to that of dragon scales, while not wearing any armour you have a Natural Armour Class equal to 13+(your constitution or dexterity modifier). You also gain resistance to the damage type associated with your chosen dragon type.
Draconic Smite
At 7th level, you learn to imbue your attacks with elemental powers. Whenever you hit with a weapon or unarmed attack you can add an additional 1d8 damage of the type associated with the dragon type you chose at 3rd level. This damage increases by 1d8 at level 10(2d8), level 15(3d8), and level 18(4d8).
Wings
At 7th level, you can temporarily gain a pair of wings. As a bonus action on your turn you can sprout a pair of wings from your back, these wings last for up to 1 hour and grant you a flying speed equal to half of your walking speed. The time limit resets at the end of a long rest.
Improved Defenses
At level 10, your Natural Armour increases to 15+your constitution or dexterity modifier.
Improved Wings
At level 10, while your wings are out your flying speed is equal to your walking speed.
Dragon’s Visage
At level 15, your body begins to adapt further to its draconic abilities. Whenever you cause your wings to sprout you can also choose to take on a Draconic Appearance, growing scales across your body, claws forming on your hands and feet, and your eyes take on a draconic shape. When you take this form you gain a +2 bonus to AC, if you are not wearing any armour, and you have a breath weapon that extends out in a 15 foot cone and deals 3d8 damage of the chosen type to all creatures in the area that fail a Dexterity saving throw (DC = 8+your constitution modifier+your proficiency Bonus), taking half damage on a success.
Dragon Transformation
At level 18 you gain the ability to completely change into an adult dragon, of the type you chose at 3rd level, for up to 8 hours. During this time you have the stat block of an adult dragon, keeping any of your stats if they are higher than the dragon’s. Anything you are wearing or carrying is absorbed into the transformation and you retain the ability to speak and understand any languages you are proficient in. You can use this ability once per long rest. You do not get any of the Dragon’s Legendary feature, including legendary actions and resistances.
