starting at 3rd level while you have thieves tools you may use them to activate or deactivate any electrical device you can see, you can also use them on a electric devices from any range instead of needing to be able to reach it, and use it on chests, doors, and computers you can see(this also can work on peoples cybernetic upgrades)

cyber cloak

starting at level 9 whenever you hack a piece of tech, you turn invisible for the duration of the hack, and if you succeed at the hack you gain invisibility for 1 min, you also now appear as invisible to all electronic cameras(this ability can be deactivated)

emp

starting at 13th level whenever you successfully sneak attack an enemy, you may deactivate any and all cybernetics they have until your next turn, this bypasses any and all defenses they may have

holoclone

starting at 17th level once per turn you may use a screen you can see to make a holographic clone of yourself, this clone can make attack and actions as thought they were you. each screen can only make one clone
