Base Class: Ranger
Daemon Hunters have honed their skills and knowledge to combat the forces of darkness that threaten the natural world. Drawing upon occult lore, divine magic, and ancient rituals, they wield the power of nature and martial prowess to hunt down and banish the fiendish beings that plague the land.
Nature's Fury
3rd-level Daemon Hunter feature
Nature’s Fury: Your connection with nature allows you to strike harder against the unnatural forces of the abyss, granting you the following effects:
- You gain Fiends as a favored enemy type if they aren't already.
- You know the Hunter's Mark spell and it doesn’t count against the number of Ranger spells you know. You can cast it without expending a spell slot against your favored enemies a number of times per day equal to your Proficiency Bonus, regaining all expended uses on a Long Rest. Additionally, when you cast Hunter's Mark in this way, it lasts for 1 minute and doesn't require concentration, though you can still only have one creature targeted by the spell at a time.
Favored Enemy
You gain Fiends as a Favored Enemy.
Daemon Hunter Magic
3rd-level Daemon Hunter feature
You learn an additional spell when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown in the Daemon Hunter Spells table. Each spell counts as a ranger spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of ranger spells you know.

Stem the Infernal Tide
11th-level Daemon Hunter feature

If you attack two different creatures using your attack action, you can make a third attack using the same attack action. This attack can be made against one of the two other creatures or a third creature.
Rebuke the Unholy
15th-level Daemon Hunter feature
When the forces of darkness strike at you, nature protects you, and unleashes retribution against those who would seek your destruction. When you take damage from another creature, you can use your reaction to give yourself resistance to that damage as spectral vines and thorns form a protective barrier around you. The creature who inflicted the damage upon you must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes Radiant damage equal to the damage it just dealt, and cannot target you again with an attack or ability that causes you to make a saving throw until the beginning of your next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus and regain all expended uses when you complete a long rest.
