Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

For some barbarians, rage is a means to an end – that end being violence. The Path of the Berserker is a path of untrammeled fury, slick with blood. As you enter the berserker's rage, you thrill in the chaos of battle, heedless of your own health or well-being.

Intimidating Spirit

Beginning when you first pick this archetype at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Intimidation skill if you didn’t already. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for all ability checks you make with it, and you may use Strength, instead of Charisma, for it.

Frenzied Rage

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can go into a frenzy when you rage. If you do so, for the duration of your rage you can make a single melee weapon attack as a bonus action on each of your turns after this one. Whenever you make the attack, whether it hits or misses, you gain a -1 penalty to attack and damage rolls until your rage ends. This penalty stacks with itself.

When your rage ends, you lose all of these penalties, except that the next time you enter a Frenzied Rage until you finish a long rest, you start with one of these penalties.

Mindless Wrath

Beginning at 6th level, you can't be charmed,  frightened or mind controlled by any means (such as the command or suggestion spells) If you are charmed, frightened or mind controlled when you enter your rage, the effect is suspended for the duration of the rage.

If you aren’t raging, you have advantage on saving throws against being charmed,  frightened or mind controlled by any means (such as the command or suggestion spells)

Berserker's Presence

At 10th level, you can attempt to frighten your foes with your menacing presence. As a bonus action, or as the bonus action required to rage, you may choose a creature that you can see within 30 feet of you. You can also use this feature as an attack of opportunity, but you must target the creature that triggered it.

If the creature can see or hear you, it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier) or become frightened of you for 1 minute. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turns.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all expended uses when you finish a long rest. You regain one expended use of this feature whenever you roll a critical hit on a weapon attack while on a Frenzied Rage.

Barbaric Retaliation

Starting at 14th level, your wrath leads you to destroying those that dare to attempt destroying you. Whenever you take damage from a creature that is within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to make an attack of opportunity against that creature. This attack scores a critical hit on a 19 or 20 on the D20.
