When a creature uses your bardic inspiration, they can roll twice and use the higher roll.

When a creature you can see within 60 feet uses an action, you can use you reaction and force the creature to make either an intelligence, wisdom, or charisma saving throw against your spell save dc. On a failed save, the target cannot repeat that action on its next turn.  On a success, nothing happens.

Ex: If the target used it's action to cast a spell, it must use its next action to make a weapon attack, disengage, dodge, or any other action that is not casting a spell.

You can use this feature an amount of times equal to your charisma modifier each day.

6th: Classroom Climate

Your experience with unruly children has honed your capacity to keep people in line. Patience is a virtue and everyone must wait for their turn.

An amount of times equal to your proficiency bonus, you can use your reaction to stop a creature you can see within 60 feet from using any reaction or ability that is activated while it is not that creatures turn. This does not waste that ability if it has a limited amount of uses, however that creatures reaction is wasted.

Ex: If you used this ability to stop a creature from casting shield, it would not waste their 1st level spell slot, however their reaction is wasted.

14th: Cognitive Overload

You have the potential to overload the minds of people with information, effectively incapacitating them.

When you roll initiative, you can choose a number of creatures within 60 feet equal to half your charisma modifier and force them to make an intelligence saving throw against your spell save dc. On a fail, they are incapacitated for the first round of combat. On a success, they can only use an action or a bonus action, not both.
