Shadow adept

You learn the Hex spell, it doesn't count towards the number of warlock spells you know. In addition to other effects, the hex no longer has the verbal and somatic components and has its range doubled. It also subtly impairs the vision of the target, dimming the colors and rendering any creature that stands still in darkness or dim light invisible to it (any creature that did not move from its position since the start of its previous turn).

You also gain darkvision with a radius of 60 feet.

Living shadow

Starting at 6th level, once per long rest, you can detach your shadow from your body. The shadow acts as your familiar with shadow statistics until the end of your next long rest or until it is destroyed, at which point you regain your normal inanimate shadow.

Once per use of this feature, if your living shadow is active, you can use your reaction to gain advantage on a stealth check, or impose disadvantage on an attack that hits you, as the shadow wraps you in its essence.

Master of hexes

Starting at 10th level, finishing a short rest removes all curses from you. Additionally, your Hex spell no longer requires concentration, and you can have multiple targets hexed at the same time. If a hexed target dies, you must recast the spell until your next short of long rest, or the spell ends.

Shadow walk

Starting at 14th level, you can communicate with your living shadow at any distance, use a bonus action instead of an action to perceive the world through its senses and you can originate your spells from its position, unless the spell has "self" range.

Additionally, you can use your action to make the shadow invisible until the end of your next turn.
