College of Moxie

Straight up Shaboingery

Horn of the Crowd

At 3rd level, your moxie materializes into a roaring cacophony of cheers and encouragement. As an action, you can play the instrument you use as a spellcasting focus to give yourself and a number of creatures equal to your Charisma modifier within 30 feet of you a form of momentum as you conjure a spectral crowd of cheering onlookers that lingers around you and your allies. Choose one of the following options:

• Showboating Momentum - You expend a use of your Bardic Inspiration feature to give the affected creatures advantage on all ability checks for 10 minutes. This condition ends early on all affected creatures if any creature with this condition fails an ability check. Once this condition ends, all affected creatures have disadvantage on their next ability check.
• Commanding Momentum - All affected creatures gain advantage on all attack rolls and saving throws for next minute. This condition ends early on all affected creatures if any creature with this condition fails an attack roll or saving throw. Once this condition ends, all affected creatures have disadvantage on their next attack roll or saving throw. This option can be used once per long rest. If you roll initiative and have used this option already, you regain its use. Any given creature can only be affected by one instance of this feature at a time.

Continuous Inspiration

When an inspiration dice is used by someone before the outcome of the roll is determined and it causes the roll succeed, the dice isn't consumed and can be used again. The inspiration can be used again for a number of times equal to a quarter of the Bard level given each roll grants a success.

Rallying Cry

At 6th level you learn to use your horn to rally those around you and gain an extra burst of vigor. As an action you blow into your horn and rally those around you. Choose up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier to gain your bardic dice + Charisma modifier temporary hit points. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and you regain all uses after a long rest.
