Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

As a Fleetfoot rogue, you focus on moving quickly and hitting hard before disappearing back into the shadows. You have trained to act fast, think fast, and strike fast, which makes you invaluable to many thieves guilds through the lands.  Those who oppose you won't know what's coming, and won't know what hit them.

Increased Agility

At 3rd level, you have taken up training to move with great speed.  Your walking speed increases by 10 feet In addition, during your turn, you can use your movement to run up, down, and across vertical surfaces and across liquids.  If you end your turn on top of a liquid, you sink into the liquid, and if you end your turn on a vertical surface that you are not attached to, you fall to the ground.  In addition, when you take falling damage, you can use your reaction to reduce the damage taken by an amount equal to your rogue level plus your dexterity modifier.

Flash of the Blade

Starting at 3rd Level, while moving quickly, you can strike with increased accuracy and finesse.  If you move at least 15 feet in a straight line immediately before making a weapon attack, you may use your sneak attack feature as long as you do not have disadvantage on the roll.

Speed in Shadow

Starting at 7th Level, you have learned that shadows only aid your ability to be more deadly. When you start your turn in Dim Light or Darkness, your speed increases by 10 feet until the end of your turn.  In addition, enemies have disadvantage on opportunity attacks while you are in Dim Light or Darkness, if they do not have darkvision or a similar feature to see in the dark.

Quickened Mind

At 13th Level, your training has allowed you to sharpen your mind and always be vigilant.  You gain proficiency in two skills of your choice from the rogue proficiency list.  In addition, you gain proficiency in Initiative rolls and cannot be surprised while awake.

Adreniline Surge

At 17th Level, your exceptional abilities allow you to briefly exceed mortal limits, and act with blinding speed. On your turn, you can take one additional action on top of your regular action and a possible bonus action.  If you make an attack using this action and have already used your sneak attack for the turn, you may use your sneak attack for this attack as well.

Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest before you can use this feature again.
