Base Class: Paladin
Tenets of the Forge
While those who follow this oath may have slightly different views, their tenets are typically around the following.
Fire is Cleansing. The flames of the forge burn away impurities. The ones who are impure shall be cleansed.
Fire is Pure. The ones who have a pure heart are worthy of your help. Assist those who need your help, and protect those who need it most.
Fire is Strong. Fire is a useful tool, use it however you may. But be cautious, it is dangerous when uncontrolled.
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Forge Endurance. As a bonus action, you call upon the flames of the forge to bolster you and your allies, you can choose a number of creatures up to your Charisma modifier plus half your level (rounded down) that are within 30 ft. of you. For a number of rounds equal to half your paladin level (rounded up), each creature you choose gains a bonus to their AC equal to your proficiency bonus.
Artisan's Blessing. Starting at the beginning of a short rest, you conduct a ritual to your deity that grants you the ability to craft a finished item that is at least part metal. The item is completed at the end of the rest. The object can be worth no more than 100 GP, and as part of this ritual, you must expend metals, such as coins or other finished items, with a value equal to the item you want to make. The item can be an exact duplicate of a non-magical item, such as a copy of a key if you possess the original during your short rest.
Lava Eruption. You channel the power of your deity to summon a mighty eruption. Choose a point you can see within a range of 120 feet. A 20-foot cube centered on that point erupts with lava. Creatures in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 1d8 bludgeoning and 1d8 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Both the bludgeoning and the fire damage increase by 1d8 every 3 paladin levels.

Protective Flames
Beginning at 15th level, your weapons and armor constantly blaze with the might of the forge. You are constantly affected by the fire shield (warm only) spell. Additionally, you may choose to deal fire damage instead of radiant damage whenever you deal radiant damage.
Sentinel of the Forge
At 20th level, as an action, you transform into a giant metal sentinel of the forge, surrounded by roaring flames. you gain the following benefits:
- Your Aura of Smithing now grants immunity to Fire damage.
- You surround yourself with an aura of intense flames to a 30 ft. radius. The first time a creature enters the aura it takes 20 fire damage (this damage ignores immunity).
The first time an enemy creature starts its turn in the aura it takes 5 fire damage. This damage increases by 5 for each subsequent turn the creature starts in the aura (at the start of each turn). When a creature leaves the aura, it is Burned. Burned creatures take 5 fire damage at the start of their turn until they use an action to put out the flames. - Your melee weapons deal 1 extra die of damage.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
