Bard
Base Class: Bard

As a College of the Blood puppet Bard you learn to infuse your magic with the very strings that are woven throughout the body.  You are mastering the art of physical manipulation of the creatures around you by pulling and pushing on these strings as you desire.

Sanguine Proficiency

At 3rd level, you become proficient in one of the following: Intimidation, Medicine, or Performance.

 

Intimidation

You gain proficiency in Intimidation

Medicine

You gain proficiency in Medicine

Performance

You gain proficiency in Performance

Blood Puppeteer

Starring at 3rd Level you have learned to take the magic you grant your allies and have them dance to your whim.  As a reaction to a creature using one of your bardic inspiration dice, you can have that creature move up to half of its movement and make a single weapon attack against a creature of your choice.

Dance of the Dead

Starting at 6th Level, you have found more uses for blood than casting magic.  When a creature is reduced to 0 hit points within 15 feet of you, you may use your reaction to siphon blood from the creature gaining the use of 1 blood die.

blood die are represented as a d6, you may have a maximum number of blood dice equal to your charisma modifier.  As a Bonus action you may expend a number of blood dice less than or equal to your proficiency bonus to regain hit points equal to 1d6 per blood dice plus your charisma modifier (1d6 + Cha modifier).   

Blood dice may also function identical to Bardic Inspiration, however once a blood dice is used in this way, you take damage equal to twice the number rolled on the blood inspiration die.

Your blood dice count resets to 0 at the completion of a long rest.

 

Curtain Call

Starting at 14th level, you learn to take hold of creatures, dead or alive, and make them dance like marionettes around you.  As an action, you can expend a number of Bardic Inspiration or Blood Dice up to your proficiency bonus to begin your curtain call.  Choose a number of Large or smaller creatures that have blood within 30 feet of you(dead or alive) equal to the number of Bardic Inspiration and Blood Dice you spent.  Those creatures must make Wisdom saving throws versus your Bard Spell Save DC or become Incapacitated for 1 minute, until you are incapacitated, or you die.  While Incapacitated creatures move up o their movement speeds and make a single weapon attack against a creature of your choice.  A creature may make a wisdom saving throw to resist this effect if they take damage from any source.  Unconscious and Dead creatures automatically fail this saving throw.
