Base Class: Sorcerer
Some of the most powerful people in history are said to have been born under a lucky star. Some, however, are born under something even more extraordinary. Star Touched Soul sorcerers are those born under the starlight of a brilliant supernova -- Their very souls altered forever by the raw power of this incredible cosmic event. These unique individuals have an intimate connection to the stars, and can pull from these astral forces to perform beautiful and powerful magic.

Star Touched Magic
1st-level Star Touched Soul feature
You learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown on the Star Touched Spells table. Each of these spells counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of sorcerer spells you know.
Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be an Illusion or Evocation spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list.

Shooting Stars
With your star-borne powers, cosmic phenomena seems to occur around you on a regular basis. Starting at 1st level, whenever you cast a spell of 1st level or higher, you create a number of Shooting Stars equal to the level of the spell cast. These Stars are small balls of light that whirl around you and you can have a number of them at a time equal to three times your Proficiency bonus.
As a bonus action, you may consume a number of Stars up to your Proficiency bonus and fire them forward at a target. Make a ranged spell attack roll with a range of 120 feet. On a hit, you deal 1d4 radiant damage per Star consumed this way.
All of your accumulated Stars vanish at the end of a long rest. At later levels, the damage die of each Star increases. At 5th level, the die increases to 1d6. At 11th level, the die increases to 1d8. And finally, at 17th level, the die increases to 1d10.
Starlight
Also at 1st level, the stars and the light they provide is all you need to see the world around you. You gain the dancing lights cantrip, it does not use your concentration, and you may choose for the lights to produce bright light instead of dim, or produce two additional dim lights.
Additionally, you can see in the dark as though it was bright daylight as long as you can see stars overhead.
Singularity
Starting at 6th level, you are able to tap into the overwhelming power and crushing gravity held within stars. Whenever you hit a creature with your Shooting Stars feature, you may spend 2 Sorcery Points to create a gravity well on impact.
When you do, creatures within 15 feet of the target must make a Strength saving throw against your spell casting DC or be pulled up to 15 feet towards the target. Additionally, with the added power of gravity on your side, your cantrips now deal additional radiant damage equal to the number of Shooting Stars you have, to a maximum equal to your Charisma modifier.
Guiding Light
Starting at 14th level, you have begun to tap into the power of raw creation present in the stars. Whenever you hit a creature with your Shooting Stars feature, you may spend 1 Sorcery Point to leave a shining outline of glowing cosmic energy on impact. Until the end of your next turn, the next attack roll made against this creature has advantage.
Additionally, having tapped into the wild nature of starlight, you gain an extra 5 feet of movement speed for every four Shooting Stars you have.
Supernova
At 18th level, you have managed to reach the pinnacle of your powers, and tap into the very origin of your magic - The supernova.
As an action, you may expend all of your Shooting Stars at once for a massive, single blast. Choose a point you can see within 120 feet. All creatures within a 10 foot radius sphere of that point must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell casting DC or take Xd10 radiant damage, where X is the number of Shooting Stars expended this way. Creatures take half this damage on a success.
Additionally, having unlocked your truest potential, your body is magically warded against danger. You gain an extra +1 to your Armor Class for every 4 Shooting Stars you have.
