Bonus Proficiencies

When you join the College of Luthiers at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with artisan tools and another set of tools and instrument of your choice. 

Harmonic Empowerment

Also at 3rd level, you learn how to use your magical abilities and instrument creation expertise to add your proficiency modifier to any die given with your Bardic Inspiration.

Magical Tune-Up

Once per short rest you can tune or fix your one instrument you are proficient with to gain one Bardic Inspiration Die spending one hit die. 

Melodic Enchantment

Once per long rest you can tune a number of instruments you are proficient with equal to half of your Charisma modifier and imbue them with one spell of the Bard spell list not higher than your Charisma modifier.
