Demon Slayer

The demon slayer uses special breathing techniques to access the weave, giving the user enhanced strength and stamina as well as empowering their strikes with elemental damage, these techniques are traditionally used to hunt great beasts on the material plane, it is also a popular fighting style used in the blood war, primarily by devils and the occasional mortal forced to fight.

This is still a work in progress, learning multiple styles will be added in a future version

Enhanced Sense

Starting when the player first chooses this subclass at level 3, the player can choose to enhance their sense of smell or hearing. The user gains advantage on Wisdom (perception) checks that use this sense.

Enhanced Hearing

Starting when the player first chooses this option, the user gains advantage when rolling (Wis) Perception checks that rely on hearing.

Enhanced Smell

Starting when the player first chooses this option, the user gains advantage when rolling (Wis) Perception checks that rely on smell.

Total Concentration Breathing

You learn a special breathing technique, giving you access to the weave, its power courses through you empowering your strikes with elemental damage.

Starting when the player first chooses this subclass at level 3, the player can choose one of the 12 breathing styles, these all enhance the users physical body and give them access to the weave allowing them to pull of supernatural feats

(Sorry if some of the abilities seem lazy or op/under powered, its very hard to make 75 different abilities feel different and balanced)

Beast Breath

At 3rd level, when you pick this breathing style you learn beast breathing, this style is technically related to wind breathing, however this is only because of its similarities to it, it was developed individually by someone who had no knowledge of breathing styles.

This style tries to replicate the aggression and power of animals, and most techniques are based on different animals.

This style is specifically designed for use with dual blades, preferably serrated blades.

Flame Breath

When this breathing style is selected at level 3, The player learns flame breathing, a style that focuses purely on offensive power, while it has the highest attack strength it has very few utility options (like mobility or defence)

Flower Breath

Starting when the player first chooses this breath style at level 3 they learn Flower breathing. This style is descended from water breathing, however it decided to lower its overall versatility and went for extreme mobility and speed.

Insect Breath

Starting when the player first chooses this breathing style at level 3, You learn insect breath, a style distantly related to Water breath, this breathing style focuses heavily on speed, as well as its reliance on poison with its attacks

This breathing style is best used with a finesse weapon like a rapier or short sword

Love Breath

At 3rd level, when you pick this breathing style you learn love breathing, a style derived from flame breathing and has a similar focus on power, however it also allows a user to take advantage of their flexibility too.

This breathing style requires a specialised weapon, a sword that is long and flexible like a whip.

Mist Breath

At 3rd level, when you pick this breathing style you learn mist breathing, mist breathing is derived from wind breath, and rather than take its aggression, it takes after the speed and unpredictability that comes with wind breath.

Serpent Breath

At 3rd level, when you pick this breathing style you learn serpent breathing a style derived from water breathing, however it also bears a lot of resemblance to mist breathing, both designed to use tricky moves to catch an opponent off guard.

This technique is designed for use with a Kris sword, but any sufficiently curvy blade will work.

Sound Breath

Starting when the player first chooses this breathing style at level 3, You learn sound breath, this style derived from wind breathing, it is a highly destructive and tricky form

This form requires the use of custom weapons, two large blades attached via chain at the bottom.

Stone Breath

When this breathing style is selected at level 3, You learn stone breath, a style reliant on brute strength and excels at damage and defence.

This is one of the breathing styles that requires a specialized weapon, this being a flail and axe attached via chain.

Thunder Breath

When this breathing style is selected at level 3, The player learns thunder breathing, a form that heavily focuses on speed and damage above all else, while this form deals less damage than flame breathing it trades that damage for extra mobility.

Water Breath

When this breathing style is selected at level 3, You learn water breathing, this breathing style is the most versatile, having the most forms of any breathing style.

while these forms are generally weaker, most of the forms have an extra utility (such as range, bonus action attacks etc.)

Wind Breath

When this breathing style is selected at level 3, You learn wind breathing, the most aggressive breathing style of all, having high damage as well as good mobility.

Total Concentration Breathing - Regenerative Breath

Starting at 7th level, You gain more control over your breath, you learn a new breathing technique and gain the ability to repair small injuries in your body using your breathing technique.

(Yet to be added) Alternately you may choose to start learning a new breathing style

Use an action to heal yourself 1d8 , this can only be used when you are conscious, alternatively if you are rolling death saves you may use this feature to reroll a failed death save, you must use this new roll.
