Base Class: Barbarian
You have a purpose. Rage, is more than a means to an end, it is a power that allows you to be an overwhelming force. When you enter a rage, your purpose fuels you to sacrifice in order to achieve it, nearly to any cost.
Updated version of "Path of the Life Drinker"
Give and Take
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, upon raging, you take 1d4 necrotic damage, then again every round you start raging increased to 1d10 at level 11 and finally to 1d20 at level 20, but you gain 1d6 additional necrotic damage on melee weapon attacks made with strength and counts as magical damage for the sake of resistances. This additional damage increases when you gain barbarian levels, when you reach level 7, it increases to 2d6, then again at level 11 to 2d8, at level 15 to 3d8, and finally at level 20 to 3d12. Damage taken from this does not count to upkeep rage.
Clarity of Purpose
At 6th level, you can spend your bonus action to end any of the following effects that you are currently afflicted with, and take 1d6 necrotic damage for each effect ended this way:
Unrelenting Vitality
At 10th level, when you are below half your maximum hit points, and deal necrotic damage to a creature, you are healed for half of that damage up to half of your maximum hit points.
Veil Piercer
At 14th level, while raging, when you attack a creature that has resistance to necrotic damage, instead it counts as having no resistance, or if the creature is immune to necrotic damage to necrotic damage, it instead counts as having resistance, if the creature absorbs necrotic damage, it instead counts as being immune to necrotic damage.
