Cleric
Base Class: Cleric

The God of Ferrets - Gerbo Timbers - is a mischievous God who has his roots in trickery, and has always had a unique connection to ferrets, whom he uses to fulfill his fun pranks, stand up for those less fortunate, and connection through silliness. He is a patron of gnomes, forest-folk, tricksters, and pranksters. His clerics are a disarming force in the world, puncturing pride, mocking tyrants, emasculating monarchs, freeing captives, and giving the troubled of the world a much needed laugh. They prefer subterfuge, pranks, and deception rather than direct confrontation, and feel much more comfortable in a room full of ferrets than a room full of people.

Ferret Friend

Starting when you choose this domain at 1st level, your connection with ferrets grants you a ferret companion chosen by fate. Sharing your connection to the Ferret God, your ferret can grant you the help action, and can heal allies using your spells and spell slots.

Blessing Of The Ferret

Starting when you choose this domain at 1st level, you can use your action to touch a willing creature other than yourself to make them a tiny sized creature. This blessing lasts for 1 minute or until you use it again.

Channel Divinity: Become Ferret

Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to become a ferret.

As an action, you fully polymorph into a ferret with the ferret stat block. While you are in ferret form, you are blessed with the stealthies, keen hunting ability, and deadly fangs of the ferret kingdoms greatest warriors. You have a number of unique actions you may use while in ferret form, and creatures attacking you have disadvantage due to your size.

Burrow: You have a digging speed equivalent to your walking speed (30 ft.)

Hunt: As an action, you may begin hunting a target. Your superior sense of sight and smell allows you to detect all creatures within 50 ft. Once you select a target, you can hunt that target up to 500 ft., as long as they are on the same plane of existence. You have advantage against the target you are hunting.

Bite: As an action, you make a melee spell attack on the target dealing 1D8 piercing damage + 1D4 poison damage. An additional D8 & D4 for bite is granted at levels 5, 11, and 17.

Your ferret form lasts for 1 hour, until you are reduced to 0 hit points, or you attack or use a spell outside of your ferret form.

Channel Divinity: Ferret Call

Starting at 6th level, you can use your Channel Divinity to call upon ferrets to aid you and your allies.

As a bonus action, you call upon ferrets to perform one of three actions;

Protect!: Choose a target, including yourself. The ferrets you called will cover your chosen target, forming ferret armor giving them +2 to AC and 10 temporary hit points. This benefit lasts until the temporary hit points are consumed.

Scatter!: The ferrets you called upon will scatter in every direction. Up to 5 targets of your choice must make a dexterity saving throw, or be knocked prone.

Subdue!: Choose a target. The ferrets you called upon will envelop a chosen target, giving them the restrained status effect. This effect lasts until they have taken damage, or they break free.

Divine Strike

At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with poison — a gift from your deity. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 poison damage to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8. This can be used while in ferret form without breaking ferret form.

Weasel War Dance

Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute

At 17th level, you and your ferret companion engage in a synchronized weasel war dance, charming your enemies and inspiring your allies. As an action, you and your ferret companion begin hopping and leaping around each other in mesmerizing synchronicity. All enemies within a 50 ft. radius must make a wisdom saving throw, or be charmed by you, and have disadvantage against you while you dance. All allies heal 2D10 + your wisdom modifier, and may add your wisdom modifier to each attack roll they make while you dance. On your turn while you dance, you can cast Channel Divinity: Ferret Call in your bonus action for free.
