Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Primal fighters in the land of ancient barbarian clans are blessed with powerful Draconic powers, and they frequently acquire spectacular dragon traits. This can happen in three ways: being imbued with magic by an ancient dragon, having a powerful crystal called Lacrima implanted into their body, or ingesting the flesh of an ancient dragon while performing a shamanistic rite with their clan. These warriors are raised with dragon wyrmlings and taught the skill of Draconic fighting, as dragons routinely engage with barbarian clans, occasionally reigning over them. The barbarians are ready to assist their Draconic overlords, attacking or defending against rival dragon clans as needed.

Dragon Hunter

Starting at 3rd level, you have honed your understanding of creatures with Draconic heritage, granting you the following benefits:

 • You have advantage on Wisdom (Survival) checks when tracking dragons, or dragonoid creatures

• You gain advantage on all Intelligence checks to recall information about dragons and dragonoid creatures,as well as advantage on Wisdom (Insight) checks to discern their intentions or understand their behavior.

Additionally, you learn to speak, read, and write Draconic, the language commonly used by dragons and dragon-related beings.

Draconic Morph

Beginning at 3rd level, you have learned how to effectively use your draconic physicality. You can roll a 1d6 in place of the normal damage of your unarmed strikes. The damage type of your unarmed strikes can be piercing (bite), slashing (claws), or bludgeoning (kick, punch, tail).

Additionally, making an unarmed strike while raging allows you to ignore the Rage Damage table and add a 1d4 to your damage instead. This die increases to a 1d6 at 8th level, 1d8 at 13th level, and 1d10 at 18th level.

The damage type of this added die is determined by the color of the dragon you are morphing into. When choosing, consult the following table:

Destructive Breath

At 6th level, your innards reached the capability to channel a powerful Draconic force. You can replace one of your attacks with releasing your destructive Draconic breath. The table below determines the statistics of your Destructive Breath, depending on the color associated with the dragon you’re morphing into. When you use your Destructive Breath, each creature in the area of the exhalation must make a saving throw, the type of which is determined by the table below (DC 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus). A creature takes 3d8 damage of your chosen element type on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 12th level (4d8), and 18th level (5d8).

Element Type               Destructive Breath Statistics

Acid                 5 by 30ft. line (Con. save)

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier, with all uses replenishing after a long rest.

Furthermore, you gain resistance to the damage type of your Destructive Breath.

Scaled Ascendancy

Beginning at 10th level, your Draconic features are being enhanced, and you are discovering how to utilize them to their fullest. Your unarmed strikes are considered magical for the purpose of overcoming resistances and immunities to non-magical attacks and damage. Furthermore, while raging, you gain the following benefits:

Impenetrable Dragonhide: You can add your Constitution modifier twice instead of once when calculating your AC using the Unarmored Defense feature.

Hunt Them Down: If you take the attack action to hit a hostile creature with an unarmed strike, you can use your Destructive Breath feature as a bonus action.

Find A Weak Spot: Your unarmed strike attacks score a critical hit on a roll of 19 and 20 on the d20.

Nimble Fight:  Immediately after you hit an enemy with an unarmed strike, you can fly up to 20 feet without provoking opportunity attacks.

Ancient Apotheosis

At 14th level, your transformation has reached its final form. You gain the following benefits:

 • Terror Of The Skies: You have advantage on attack rolls against creatures that have a flying speed.

 • Elemental Mastery: Your additional damage die added by Draconic Morph, as well as your Destructive Breath ignore resistance to your chosen damage type and treat immunity to that damage type as having resistance instead.

 • Winged Champion: You gain flying speed equal to your walking speed. You can’t fly while wearing armor unless the armor is made to accommodate your wings.
