Ranger
Base Class: Ranger

The Sadist Subclass is a Ranger Subclass focused around a school of magic that produces spells referred to as "Torture Spells.

Treacherous Indulgence

At 3rd level, you've been at your... specific... line of expertise for long enough that, after spending no less than an hour torturing a creature, you can replenish an amount of spell slots equal to half the creature's CR. These spell slots replenish from Empty 1st Level Slots to Empty 9th Level Slots In that order.

Sadistic Desire

At 7th level, you gain one of the following features of your choice.

Desire For Fear

You CANNOT be frightened by any means (aside from a wish spell), period.

Furthermore, a creature who would in any way attempt to impose the "frightened" condition in you immediately becomes frightened themselves, even if they are immune to the "frightened" condition.

Desire For Pain

Weapon attacks that you make with advantage instead use the best of Three dice rolls.

Desire For Suffering

Once per round when you succeed with a weapon attack against a creature, after you apply damage, that creature receives a -2 deficit to AC against all subsequent attacks made by you and your allies until the beginning of your next turn.

Harvest/Sabotage Organs

At 11th level, you gain the ability to magically suspend a number of transplant-viable organs in jars on your tool belt equal to 1/4 your sadist level (minimum of 1). Additionally, you must source these transplant-viable organs from unconventional sources OR by using specific tools/bladed weapons (At the GM's Discretion) to harvest the organs off of a freshly deceased creature.

Furthermore, As a sadist, you've learned to sabotage organs. During any rest (Long or Short), you can spend up to Five Minutes sabotaging your organs for use in the Transplant Organ spell, using the list below to add an additional affect when the spell is used.

Disturbing Expertise

At 15th level, you gain one of the following features of your choice.

"It Isn't Mere Torture, It's Art!"

When you cast a torture spell of X level or lower, you can use a bonus action to expend one "Torture Point" to double the spell's damage, after calculating the normal damage of the spell of course.

You can NOT use this feature in combination with any form of "Critical Damage".

You have a pool of "Torture Points" with a maximum equal to half your WIS Modifier rounded up (minimum of one).

Biding Torture

When a hostile creature misses you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to expend a "Bide Point", forcing that creature to succeed the attack against you. After the total damage against you is calculated, it's value is represented by "X". FOR THE PURPOSE OF CALCULATING "X", The damage pretends to ignore any resistances you might have (I.e. "X" may equal 4, despite your character only taking 2 damage).

The next melee attack you make against that same creature does an additional "X" Pain damage AND has advantage.

You have a pool of "Bide Points" with a maximum equal to your WIS Mod multiplied by 2 (I.e. +2 WIS mod, 4/4 Bide Points)

Sadomasochism

Whenever you are subjected to Piercing, Bludgeoning, Slashing, And/Or Pain damage that forces you to make a CON saving throw to maintain concentration, you can instead expend 1 "Masochism Point" to automatically succeed the saving throw.

You have a pool of "Masochism Points" with a maximum equal to your WIS Mod multiplied by 2 (I.e. +2 WIS mod, 4/4 Masochism Points)
