Tenets of the Time Keeper

  • Eternal Vigilance: Time flows without pause, and so shall your watchfulness be unending. You must guard against the aberrations that seek to unravel the fabric of time.
  • Moment’s Valor: Courage is found in the now. Stand resolute in the face of temporal anomalies, knowing that each moment is a chance to alter the course of destiny.
  • Chronological Integrity: Preserve the true history of the world, ensuring that the past remains untouched and the future unspoiled.
  • Temporal Mercy: Understand that all beings are bound by time’s passage. Show compassion to those who are victims of temporal misfortune, offering aid to restore their rightful place in the timeline.

Channel Divinity

When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.

  • Rewind: As a reaction, when you or a creature you can see within 30 feet of you takes damage, you can use your Channel Divinity to reverse time slightly, reducing the damage by an amount equal to 2d10 + your paladin level.
  • Pause: As an action, you can use your Channel Divinity to freeze time for everyone but yourself for 1 round. During this time, you can move up to your speed and take one action.

Starting at 7th level, you and friendly creatures within 10 feet of you can’t be aged magically, and you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on any attack roll made against them that you can see.

At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet.

Timeless Body

At 15th level, your mastery over time grants you agelessness. You no longer age naturally and can’t be aged magically.

Keeper of the ages

At 20th level, you can assume the form of a Time Keeper avatar as an action. For 1 minute, you gain the following benefits:

  • You can take two turns during each round of combat.
  • You can cast Time Stop once without expending a spell slot.
  • Attacks against you have disadvantage.

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
