College of Flames

After studying at this College, you have mastered the art of using pyrotechnics and flames in your act and in your spells.

Outburst

Starting at 3rd level, whenever you cast a spell dealing fire damage, you can use your reaction to deal your Cha modifier fire damage to up to 3 targets within 15 feet of you.

Through the Fire and Flames

Also at 3rd level, you learn to inspire others with FIRE! A creature that has a Bardic Inspiration die from you can roll that die and add the number rolled to a weapon damage roll it just made, but the extra damage is fire damage. Alternatively, when an attack roll is made against the creature, it can use its reaction to spend the Bardic Inspiration die and gain fire resistance until the start of its next turn.

Improved Outburst

Starting at 6th level, whenever you are struck with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to deal fire damage to the attacker. The damage equals your Cha modifier.

Fiery Soul

At 14th level, your fires burn brighter and stronger. Any fire damage you inflict ignores fire resistance, and treats fire immunity as fire resistance.
