Bard
Base Class: Bard

Bards of the college of clowns seek to use their talents of performance to bring joy and laughter to those they run across. While not particularly skilled in the mastery of the arcane as some other bards are, they excel in their use of physical humor to enhance their performances. While most bards of this college spend their days giving circus performances as they trained to, some adventure out into the world to share their joy further, or to find a greater meaning than the circus could give them.

Distracting Performance

Starting at 3rd level, you can make a comedy performance to magically distract a creature that can see you. When a creature that can see you makes an ability check, saving throw, or attack roll, you can use your reaction to expend a bardic inspiration die, and subtract the number rolled from creature's roll, potentially causing it to fail.

Juggler

Also at 3rd level, your practice with juggling performances allows you to control throwing objects through the air. You have advantage to hit on your first attack with a thrown weapon each turn if the target is within the weapon's normal range. If you use your action to attack with a thrown weapon, you can use your bonus action to make an attack with another thrown weapon.

Fool's Luck

Starting at 6th level, your luck, both bad and good, seem to hit you at the best times. When you succeed on a d20 roll, you can declare it a failure instead and give yourself or an ally advantage on a roll of their choice within the next hour.

Nonsensical Movement

Starting at 14th level, your performances always keep people on their toes, and they never know what will happen next. You no longer provoke opportunity attacks. Additionally, as a bonus action, you can expend a bardic inspiration die and add the result of the roll to your AC until the start of your next turn.
