Base Class: Barbarian
You are a reckless warrior that lives for the duel. You will hunt down and trap your enemies, forcing them to fight you until there's only one left standing.
Cage Fight
Starting at 3rd level, you learn how to effectively trap your enemies, forcing them to fight. When you aren't raging, you can spend an action to place down the Cage.
- The Cage lasts for 1 minute, and it can only be ended early if you will it or if it takes enough damage to shatter it.
- The damage required to shatter the Cage is equal to 30 + your Barbarian level + your STR modifier + your proficiency bonus.
- It has an AC of 8 + your proficiency bonus, it is resistant to all damage, and it can only be targeted by melee attacks.
- It is a 35 ft wide, 35 ft long, and 120 ft tall cube centered on the point you were standing upon activation.
- It is transparent with a light blue shade.
Any creature other than you that can fit within the radius of the cage must make a DC 11 + your STR modifier Strength saving throw or be trapped within the cage, moving with half speed if they are not trapped. If a creature is not trapped and does not leave the cage on their turn, they are automatically trapped. A trapped creature cannot escape until the duration has ended or the cage has shattered. Creatures who move within the radius of the cage after it has already been placed must make the saving throw with disadvantage. Allies cannot enter your cage, and they must do everything they can to leave the radius if they are within it, and they cannot be trapped. Trapped creatures are given the following effects for the duration:
- One extra Attack action per turn.
- Temporary hit points equal to their proficiency bonus doubled.
You can use this feature once per long rest.
Ruthless Effort
Starting at 3rd level, you can now move with ruthless effort. While raging, you can use the Dash action as a bonus action, or you can attempt to grapple a creature as a bonus action.
Physical Willpower
Starting at 6th level, your sheer will to fight extends to your allies. You can use your bonus action to give any ally within 10 ft. of you an extra 2d8 psychic damage to their next attack, only applying the damage if the attack hits.
The extra damage raises to 3d8 at 10th level, 4d8 at 14th level, and 5d8 at 18th level.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
Vulnerable Gambit
Starting at 6th level, your cage becomes reinforced with the will to fight. Whenever your cage is shattered, you can use your reaction to move up to 30 ft. of your base movement speed.
Raging and Caging
Starting at 10th level, you don't let up while within your cage fight. Whenever you activate your cage, you can choose to use this feature. Upon doing so, you activate your rage without expending a bonus action. You gain the following effects for doing this, which ends whenever your cage's duration ends, the cage is shattered, or your rage ends:
- Attacks against you have advantage.
- You bypass any resistances or immunities with your attacks.
- You can reroll the lowest die roll on weapon attacks, taking the higher roll.
You can only use the feature when activating your cage, so once per long rest.
Endless Charge
Starting at 14th level, you've begun to charge forth through any danger in order to catch your foe. While you are dashing, you can activate this feature if you run through a creature. Any creature that is in your way while you are using this feature must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or take 2d8 + your STR modifier force damage and be knocked prone, or half as much damage without being knocked prone on a success. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your strength modifier per short rest.
Also, if you use this feature while within your cage, you can do so without expending a use.
