Base Class: Sorcerer
You have either been cursed by a greater power or have had numerous experiments done to you throughout your life. However, these have only strengthened you as someone who takes acids and poisons and uses them in various ways. Various medicines and toxins have seemingly no effect on you whatsoever and you know that can be used to your advantage.
Contamination
Your poison and acid-based spells can continue to damage the enemy. When you damage a creature with either acid or poison-based spell damage you deal 1d4 extra of that damage at the start of your turn. This lasts a number of turns equal to your Proficiency Bonus. This effect will not replace itself nor can it stack.
Apothecary's Right
Your body has an extreme affinity for corrosives and various poisons. You have resistance to acid and poison damage as well as you have advantage on saves against poison.
When you reach 10th level in this class, you no longer have advantage against poison and instead are immune to acid and poison damage as well as the poisoned condition.
Sizzling Vitality
You can utilize the damage over time to make your vitality stronger. When a creature is under the effect of your Contamination ability you may spend a sorcery point to gain temporary hit points based on the damage of your d4 rolls. You can activate this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and you regain all uses of the feature once you finish a long rest.
Acidic Manipulation
Your ability to control your spells have allowed you to manipulate the element of said spells. You can change your spells damage type to either poison or acid damage. If you damage a creature with either, you can spend 3 sorcery points to make the damaged creature roll a constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. Those who failed will have the Poisoned condition imposed on them. If the affected creature is immune to poison or acid damage, they must roll against the save as if they were resistant.
Venomous Aura
Even cantrips when used by you are unfathomably toxic. When you are targeted with a melee attack you can spend four sorcery points as a reaction to cast Poison Spray or Acid Splash. Afterwards you gain the following effects.
- You gain resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage against creatures with the poisoned condition.
- You have a 10ft radius aura of corrosion that deals 1d12 to any creature within it at the start of their turn.
- If there is a creature within 10ft of you at the start of their turn. They must make a Constitution saving throw or spend their turn coughing and reeling.
This ability lasts for one minute or until you dismiss it with a bonus action.
