Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

Bonded to a magical library in the form of a grimoire, scroll, tablet, computer, etc., a holomancer uses their bonded implement to create objects to aid their life, whether it be fantastic beasts, weapons and vehicles, or simply a spoon and mug to enjoy a meal.

Holomancy

At first level, a Holomancer bonds with an object capable of storing information, whether it be through magic or science. If your object is ever destroyed, you are unable to use your Holomancer abilities until you can repair it, or find a suitable replacement, which starts with an empty.

Starting at first level, you can save an item to your library by scanning it (Your scan has a range of 30ft. and uses an action). You can store a number of items up to your sorcerer level. Scanning a large object requires a number of rounds equal to its size category above tiny, minimum 1 (a tiny or small creature would take 1 action, medium 2, large 3, etc.). You can spend sorcery points to reduce this number to a minimum of 1 for each point spent.

You can create objects by using sorcery points to create copies of scanned items. These are temporary and last only 1 minute per level before the cost must be repaid or it ceases to exist. This duration increases to 5 minutes per level at level 6, 10 minutes per level at 10, and 30 minutes per level at 14. Weapons and small objects cost 1, complex or large objects such as vehicles require 2 energy plus their size category above medium. To summon a creature or construct, you must spend energy equal to the monsters CR + its size category above small (so a medium sized CR5 monster would cost 6, a large size would cost 7.). If any of your summoned objects would be destroyed or their time runs out, they cease to exist. Summoned creatures have no class levels, no prepared spells, and a maximum intelligence score equal to your sorcerer level. They are obedient to you and are treated as having a true neutral alignment.

Augmented Scan

Staring at 6th level, while scanning an object, the time is reduced by one round (minimum 1), and you can now use a move action to scan instead of an action each round. When you are hit with a spell attack you can use your reaction to add it to your library. This action costs sorcery points equal to its spell level + 1.

Self Backup

Once you reach level 14, if your character dies and your library survives, you can add yourself to your library (overwriting an item if necessary), doing this destroys your original body and all your belongings fall to the ground. After 8 hours, you create a new temporary body created by your library at its location. This body costs 2 energy per day to maintain and must disappear into your library to rest. If you reach 0HP, you disappear and your library rests automatically for 8 hours before you can recreate yourself. If your library is destroyed, as is your soul, nothing short of a miracle or wish spell can bring you back. While dormant, you are still aware of your immediate surroundings and the library is treated as having blind sight 30ft.

Instead of creating a new body, if you are in the library, you can put your consciousness into any object you create from your library.

Holomastery

Upon reaching 18th level, you are able to scan anything instantly within 100ft by using an action. All weapons you create get a bonus equal to your charisma modifier. Any creature you create gets a +2 to all physical stats and can be given a fly or swim speed for 1 additional sorcery point.
