Base Class: Bard
The road to glory is not one walked alone. To stand at the top of the world requires a climb, and that journey will be far easier with trusted companions by your side Bards of this college join with others, guiding their allies along the path to everlasting victory by calling upon the booming thunder of legendary spirits and the sacred power of celestial metals. Among the Union, they serve as messengers for the sages and fatespeakers, keeping record of the destinies of those they accompany and the heroic tasks they accomplish. In other cultures,
they are often revered for their legendary deeds and the incredible trials they overcome. Seek glory, but do not seek it alone.
Instrument of Fate
At 3rd level, you learn to summon motes of purel ight and rippling metal to fashion your instruments into tools of war. As an action, you can in shroud an instrument you are holding with radiant energy and sacred steel, transforming it into any weapon of your choosing that you are proficient with. While in this form, it is still an instrument, it deals radiant damage instead of the normal damage type for that weapon,and you can use your Charisma modifier for attack and damage rolls made with this weapon. If the instrument leaves your possession, it returns to its normal form.Additionally, you gain proficiency with two martial weapons of your choosing.
Voice of the Lightbringer
Also at 3rd level, your devotion to the heavenly thunder allows you to roar in unison with your band of companions. As an action, you can spend a use of your Bardic Inspiration to shout at a creature within 60 feet of you, imbuing your voice with otherworldly power. The target takes thunder damage equal to the number you roll on the Bardic Inspiration die plus your Charisma modifier, and the creature must make a Charisma saving throw against your bard spell save DC. If it fails, you can push it up to 10 feet directly away from you.When you do this, any creature within 30 feet of you that has one of your Bardic Inspiration dice can use its reaction to join in your shout, rolling that Bardic Inspiration die, adding the result to the thunder damage you deal and increasing the maximum distance the target can be pushed by 10 feet. Any number of creatures can join in this way, and a joining creature does not lose the Bardic Inspiration die it rolls.
Pursuit of Eternity
At 6th level, your legend will not be stopped by anything less than fate itself. When you hit a creature with a weapon attack made using your Instrument of Fate, you can use your bonus action to call upon the wrath of your companions. You gain temporary hit points equal to twice your bard level, and a number of friendly creatures of your choosing equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum 1) that are within 120 feet of the target can use their reactions to make a single weapon attack targeting that creature.
Once you do this, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest.
Tear Down Tyranny
At 14th level, the voices of your band shatter the
earth and split the heavens. When you speak, sing, or
vocalize, you can choose to have your words heard by all
willing creatures of your choosing that are on the same
continent as you, regardless of obstacles. You can do this
for up to one minute, after which you can’t do so again
until you finish a long rest.
Additionally, when you use your Voice of the Lightbringer feature, you can choose to target any number of creatures within range. Once you do this, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest.
