Base Class: Monk
Monks who study the dimension of time seem to know the outcome of chance events, and can even force the river of time to fork in their direction. Canyons can be shifted by the smallest pebble being placed in the way of a stream if you go back far enough. They excel at manipulating time to their will, and wield it to dangerous effect against those who they see steering the future in the wrong direction. In meditative state these monks can live centuries beyond their normal mortal lifespan, and when meditating they are gifted with sight into the unknowable paths of the future.
Chronomancer
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can use your ki to duplicate the effects of certain spells. As an action, you can spend 2 ki points to cast Haste, Blink, Blur, or slow, without providing material components. Additionally, you gain the Guidance cantrip if you don’t already know it.
4th Dimension
At 6th level, you gain the ability to exert some control over the tides of time itself. As a reaction you may choose any dice roll and force that dice to be re-rolled at disadvantage. (this can be damage or D20 dice). Sliding backward only moments in time can affect the outcome of situations. Once used the monk is projecting themselves into a 4th dimension and all non-magical attacks have disadvantage until the beginning of their next turn.
Knowledge of Time
When you rest your body is able to rejuvenate in 1/2 the time; requiring only 4 hours of sleep to gain the effects of a full nights rest. Additionally OR Alternatively 4 hours of mediation allows a Chrono Warrior to see into the future. Once they cast their mind ahead they can see possible paths their day's journey may take. They see both positive and negative outcomes and inherently 'know' the right steps to take.
By 11th level you have honed your mind to see pitfalls and possible outcomes. You know how to avoid catastrophe. Chrono Warrior can use 2 Ki points to roll an additional d20 after you roll the die but before the outcome is determined. The d20 is used for the attack roll, ability check, or saving throw. It can also be used if an attack roll is made against you.
For 2 Ki Points expended the Augury can be cast.
Master of Time
At 17th level, you are no longer confined by rules of time. Channeling 4 Ki points you can take a Legendary action (max of once per round) disrupting the flow of events for your favor.
