Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Berserkers hate magic. It is the one counter to their otherwise brutal fighting style. Some berserkers have been inspired by their losses to also combine magic with their own abilities, with such berserkers normally using fire or other straight forward magics. In some rare instances however, berserkers can delve into illusionary magics to help them in battle, making them look like that they are disappearing right before your eyes before you are taken down ferociously. These berserkers are said to have gone down the Path of the Diffracted, due to their abilities to disappear among their illusions of themselves and their appearance.

Multi-Throw

Once per short or long rest, when doing a ranged attack, you can throw up to 2 additional projectiles at targets you can see that do the same damage as the physical projectile but as psychic damage. (Ex. You throw a hatchet and use the ability. The original hatchet does slashing damage and the other hatchets do psychic damage.) The target can do a wisdom save to cut the damage of the Illusion projectiles in half.

Diffracted Disappearance

Once per long rest you can become invisible using you illusions. You can also attack without dropping the illusion but if the enemy pass a perception check they can see you. If you are invisible to the target you can attack them with advantage. The effect lasts for 3 turns or when you choose to end it.

Clone Colony

Every day you gain 3 charges for this ability. You can also gain one charge per long rest. You can spend these charges to make illusionary clones of yourself. They have the same armor and weapons as you do. You can control each one individually and they have their own movement and actions. They can’t do any abilities given to you by the Path of the Diffracted but can do any other abilities. They have hp equal to your max hp and deal half the damage you could do normally but as psychic damage. If the target passes a DC 18 perception check the damage from the clones is reduced to zero. When summoned they spawn within 10 ft of you and disappear after a day.

Solid Illusions

You can teleport between your clones at will once every long rest and all illusions can’t have their damage reduced, even if the enemy passes a perception check. Your clones can also use abilities from this subclass.
