Corrupted Ichor

Starting at 1st Level, you gain the ability to plague a creatures blood. As a bonus action, you can sacrifice part of your vitality to mark an enemy by expending a Blood die. You can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

  • When you cast a spell against this target, you can reroll any 1 or 2. You must take the new roll regardless of the outcome.
  • The creature has disadvantage on its next ability check.
  • When the creature dies, regain HP equal to double your proficiency bonus.

Crimson Servant

At 6th level, when a creature you have marked with Corrupted Ichor dies, you can roll a blood die to forfeit part of your life essence to reanimate the body. The servant has the stat block of a Zombie. The Servant is at 1hp and can be used as the origin of spells casted from you. The zombie takes it action immediately after yours and giving the zombie orders does not cost and action unless if it is to cast a spell through the zombie - then follow the spell action cost. This can be used a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

Additionally, when you take a short rest and use hit die to regain HP, you can take a number of hit die equal to your proficiency bonus and have those dice heal the max healing. These are the only number of hit die you can regain during the short rest. You can use this feature once per long rest.

Symbiotic Defense

At 10th level, your blood bursts out on its own free will and protects you or an ally within 5ft. As a reaction, roll your Blood die and take the damage, when you or an ally are attacked, you can add +2 AC.

When you reach level 14, the reach increases to 10ft.

Ravenous Syphon

At 14th level, when you damage the creature that you have marked by Corrupted Ichor they make a constitution saving throw equal to your spell save DC. if they fail, gain temporary hit points equal to your max Blood Die amount. You cannot stack temporary hit points. The temporary hit points must be reduced to 0 before you can do this again. Additionally, when your character is below 50% hp, this replenishes health instead of temporary hp. Once above 50% hp, the blood siphoned is taken as temp hp once again.

You cannot gain health or temporary health in combat more than your warlock level. For example, if you are a level 14 warlock, the max amount of health/temp hp you can regain with ravenous syphon cannot exceed 14 in total for that fight.
