Fighter
Base Class: Fighter

The Thrower specializes in the niche but potent art of throwing weapons. Whether daggers or darts, handaxes or javelins, the thrower is an expert in medium-ranged death.

Precision Throwing

When you choose this archetype at third level, attacking at long range with a thrown weapon does not impose disadvantage, and the first ranged attack you make during each Attack action with a thrown weapon has advantage if the target is within the weapon’s normal range. Additionally your ranged attacks with thrown weapons ignore half and three-quarters cover.

Weapon Recovery

At third level, you always know where your thrown weapons land after you throw them. When you throw a weapon as part of an attack, you may choose a location within 5 feet of the target for the weapon to land. During combat you can use your free object interaction to recover up to 4 thrown weapons on the ground within 5 feet of you.

Flashy Throws

At 3rd level, you gain expertise on Performance checks related to weapon throwing. When throwing a weapon at a target you can see within the weapon’s normal range, if you spend at least 10 seconds aiming, you never miss. This can not be done in combat.

Combat Mobility

At 7th level, once per round, immediately before or after making an attack with a weapon which has the Thrown property, you may move 10ft without provoking attacks of opportunity. You may not use this feature if you are wearing Heavy armor.

Weapon Storm

At 10th level, if you do not move on your turn and there are no enemies within 5 feet of you, you may make one additional ranged attack with a thrown weapon when you take the Attack action at a target within the weapon’s normal range.

Bloody Barrage

At 18th level, if you hit an enemy with 3 or more ranged attacks with Thrown weapons on your turn, all attacks against that target have advantage until the start of your next turn.
