Base Class: Cleric
The Urban Apostle draws their power from the interconnectedness of urban life and the divine potential found within the cityscape, either in service to a city’s founding deity, or in service to the built environment’s spiritual capacity itself. Clerics of the Urban Apostle domain serve as guardians and shepherds of the city, understanding the complex interactions between its inhabitants and the divine. They see cities as living entities, worthy of protection and reverence. Urban Apostles are often found in the heart of bustling metropolises, working to ensure the well-being of the city and its people, mediating conflicts, and maintaining the balance between the natural and the built environments.

City Sense
Beginning at 1st level, you gain proficiency in the Insight and Investigation skills. If you are already proficient, you gain expertise (your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make with these skills).
Sanctuary in Stone
Beginning on 1st level, as an action, you can touch a building or structure, and for the next 8 hours, that structure radiates a calming aura. Creatures within 30 feet of it have advantage on
saving throws against being frightened or charmed. You can use this feature once per long rest.
Channel Divinity: Urban Ward
Starting at 2nd level, as an action, you can use your Channel Divinity to protect a section of the city. Choose a point within 60 feet. A ward extends in a 20-foot radius around that point for 10 minutes. Within the ward, you and your allies gain a +2 bonus to AC and advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
City’s Embrace
Starting at 6th level, your urban adaptation allows you to navigate the city with ease. You have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) and Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks while in urban environments. Additionally, difficult terrain composed of rubble, crowds, or city debris doesn’t slow your travel.
Strength of the Streets
At 8th level, you gain the ability to add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.
Divine Metropolis
At 17th level, you can call upon the divine essence of a city to protect and enhance its inhabitants. As an action, choose up to 10 creatures within 60 feet. For the next hour, each creature gains a +2 bonus to all ability checks and saving throws, and their movement is unaffected by difficult terrain in urban areas. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
