Base Class: Bard
Bards of the College of Dance feel the rhythm of music course through their being and cannot help but dance to the beat. Weaving exotic and expressive movements to the music they hear, they try to bring joy and spectacle even to the fiercest situation. Most are found in travelling troupes or surrounded by adoring crowds, they are always the life of the party and uplift all who see them.
Flow of the Music
Starting at 3rd level, your flowing movements make it hard for enemies to strike at you. You have an Armor Class of 10 plus your Dexterity modifier, plus your Charisma modifier when you are wearing no armor and not using a shield. You also can cast your Bard spells without an instrument requiring a focus as long as you are not wearing any armor or a shield.
Enrapturing Dance
Also at 3rd level, you learn how to manipulate the flow of battle with your mesmerising performance. As an action expend and roll one of your Bardic Inspiration die, and add or subtract the number rolled to one creature’s initiative that you can see within 60 feet. This effect won't apply to the turn order until the next round. An unwilling creature must make a Charisma saving throw against your spell save DC, being unaffected on a success. A creature is immune if it can’t see you or if it’s immune to being charmed.
Inspiring Performance
Starting at 6th level, your performances become quite inspiring. When you roll your Bardic Inspiration Die for a performance(3rd level and 14th level abilities), if it rolls below half your Performance Modifier, rounded up, you may choose to instead make the roll equal to half your Performance Modifier. You may use this feature one time per short rest.
Majestic Performance
Starting at 14th level, you can use your mastery of movement to invigorate your allies and debilitate your foes. As an action you may expend and roll one of your Bardic Inspiration die, then make a performance that captivates the hearts of those who can see you and choose one of the following dances. This performance can last for up to 1 minute and will end early if incapacitated or knocked unconscious. It uses your action to continue, or a bonus action to change and action to restart. While performing in this way, you cannot make any other actions besides dancing and moving or your performance will end.
