Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

Somewhere in your family line there is a curse from a powerful devil, or you or an ancestor of yours is the offspring of a devil. Similar to a tiefling, this curse can manifest with magical powers. Unlike Tieflings, however, these powers are much stronger, and more volatile.

Devilish Sorcerers usually have darker skins, and most commonly are Tieflings or at least have some devilish trait about them. Tieflings with this power generally have much more vibrantly colored skin. The powers granted by your ancestor or curse give the wielders the ability to siphon and steal power and life energy from their enemies, utilizing it for their own purposes.

Forked Tongue

Your tie to the hellish denizens of the pit gives you the ability to lace your words with a powerful enchantment. You learn the Vicious Mockery cantrip. When you cast it, it deals extra damage equal to your Charisma modifier. When you deal damage in this way, you may spend 2 sorcery points or 1 spell slot to cast the Command spell at 1st level as a Bonus Action targeting the damaged creature

Additionally, you have advantage on charisma checks when dealing with devils

Soul Siphon

Much like your ancestor, you utilize the power to have slight control over the flow and ebb of life. when you reduce a creature to 0 hit Points, you can force it to make a charisma saving throw at disadvantage. If it fails, you capture a fragment of it's soul. You can have a number of souls fragments equal to your charisma modifier.  you may use these fragments to regain your own vitality. As an Action expend any number of fragments to regain hit points equal to three times the fragments expended. You lose all Soul Fragments after a long rest.

Conjure Devil

.Your link to hell has grown stronger, allowing you to pull creatures from it to aid you.  As an action you can expend any number of sorcery points to summon a creature with the Devil tag. The creature must have a CR of half your sorcerer levels or less. The creatures CR equals half of the sorcery points spent, or less. When summoning a creature in this way, you may substitute any number of Sorcery Points with Soul Fragments. The devil acts on its own initiative roll. If you summon a devil without using a soul fragment, it chooses its actions, and doesn’t have to listen to you, but it isn’t hostile to you or your allies. If you summon a devil using a Soul Fragment, then it listens to your verbal commands, and you can use your reaction to control the devil’s actions on its turn. The devil disappears when it dies, when you are incapacitated or after a minute

Arcane Siphon

Your control over the forces of life has expanded, granting you further control over the weave. When you reduce a creature to 0 hit points with a spell, you may roll a d20. If the result is a 18-20, you regain a number of sorcery points equal to the 1/2 level of the spell.(rounded up)

Hellish Form

You have embraced your powers to their full extent, giving you the aspect of a true devil. Devilish bat wings sprout from your back. You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed. As an action you may spend 5 sorcery points or 5 Soul Fragments to transform yourself. When you do this, you gain the following benefits:

- Your size becomes large

- Resistance to bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage from non-magical attacks, as well as psychic and fire damage

- You grow long sharp claws, capable of attacks. As an action you can make two melee spell attacks against a creature within 5 feet. These attacks deal 1d8 slashing + 1d6+Cha mod in psychic damage
