Fighter
Base Class: Fighter

The Commodore Archetype is for those fighters adept at maneuvering their allies and enemies around the battlefield. They are adept at spurring their allies on and exploiting enemy weaknesses.

Bonus Proficiency

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the following skills:  Intimidation, and Persuasion

Identify Opening

Starting at 3rd level, your presence on the battlefield can shield allies and help them strike true. As a bonus action on your turn, you can give a weapon attack to an ally that can see or hear you. When you do so, they also gain 5 temporary hit points. The number of temporary hit points increases when you reach certain levels in this class, increasing to 10 at 10th level and 15 at 15th level. Additionally, the attacker may choose to use your charisma modifier for the attack and damage rolls. If they choose to do so, they may remove disadvantage imposed on the attack roll.

You may use this feature equal to your Charisma Modifier + proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest.

My Turn? Your Turn

Starting at 7th level, your discipline and attention to detail allow you to excel in battlefield situations. You may forego one weapon attack to grant an ally one weapon attack or a cunning action (dash, hide, or disengage). This ally must be within 60 feet of you and uses your charisma modifier for any checks or attacks made during this maneuver. An ally cannot be granted more than one attack with this feature per turn. This feature may trigger on attacks of opportunity as well.

Your discipline also causes you to gain proficiency in Charisma saving throws. If you already have this proficiency, you instead gain proficiency in Intelligence or Wisdom saving throws (your choice).

Always Prepared

Starting at 10th level, when you roll initiative you may add your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) to your total. Additionally, you may grant a number of your allies equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) movement equal to half of their movement speed in addition to any movement speed they may already have.

Tactical Forefront

Starting at 15th level, your very presence alters the tactical landscape. Allies within fifteen feet of you gain a bonus to attack rolls equal to your charisma modifier, or they may use your charisma modifier for the attack and damage rolls, removing disadvantage posed on the attack.

Coordinated Hit

Starting at 18th level, your command over the battlefield grows to legendary proportions. You may use a bonus action to command any and all allies within 60 feet of you to make a weapon or spell attack using their reaction. This attack cannot have disadvantage, and gains a bonus to attack roll and damage equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1).

This feature may be used twice per long rest.
