Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Formerly known as Kuldjargh (literally “axe idiot”) in Dwarvish or battleragers are those who have been trained in the art of war through the eyes of the long-lived dwarves. These warriors rely not on their own natural strength but craft weapons and armor better suited for the act of guerre.

Battlerager Armor

At 3rd level, you learn to more efficiently rage whilst carrying more weight.

  • Steel Rage. You gain heavy armor and all benefits from rage are available whilst wearing heavy armor.
  • Steel Cage. When you have someone grappled, you can use your bonus action to deal damage to them equal to your proficiency bonus.

Reckless Abandon

Beginning at 6th level, your reckless nature envelops everything you do.

Reckless Abandon. When you use Reckless Attack while raging, you also gain temporary hit points equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum of 1).

Reckless Train. You benefit from fast movement whilst wearing armor.

Battlerager Charge

Beginning at 10th level, while raging, you move as if not encumbered.

  • While grappling something or encumbered, your movement speed is not halved.
  • You can take the Dash action as a bonus action while you are raging.
  • Furthermore you can move as an armored train, if you pass through another creature who is your size or smaller in doing so, they must make a Strength Saving Throw against 8+prof+Strength Mod or be knocked prone. This special version of the Dash bonus action can be used proficiency bonus times per long rest.

Battering Strike

Your nature allows you to gain additional benefits whilst attacking recklessly. When you use Reckless Attack, you do not have to forgo Advantage to gain the following benefits:

If the chosen attack roll hits, the target takes an extra 1d10 damage of the same type dealt by the weapon or Unarmed Strike, and you can cause one of the following Brutal Strike effects of your choice. You have the following effect options.

Forceful Blow. The target is pushed 15 feet straight away from you. You can then move up to half your Speed straight toward the target without provoking Opportunity Attacks.

Hamstring Blow. The target’s Speed is reduced by 15 feet until the start of your next turn. A target can be affected by only one Hamstring Blow at a time—the most recent one.
