Base Class: Fighter

Dragonic Knight Fighters tend to gain their powers from dragons - whether it be by slaying them, descending from them, being donated power from them, or learning from them, one thing is a constant with those that are Dragonic Knights: their unmatched prowess in imbuing elemental energy into their weaponry.

Elemental Imbuement

Starting at 3rd level, your elemental origin is able to manifest through imbuing your weapons. Once per turn, as a bonus action, you can imbue a weapon with the elemental type of your origin, dealing an additional 1d4 damage of that type when you hit a creature with that weapon. This imbuement lasts for 1 minute.

Improved Elemental Imbuement

Starting at 7th level, your elemental imbuement deals 1d6 damage of your elemental origin type. Once per turn, when you hit a creature with an attack while your weapon is imbued, you can cause an effect to happen based on what elemental origin you chose.

Black/Copper

Your attack causes the creature’s defenses to become corroded. The creature you hit must make a Constitution Saving Throw with a DC equal to your Constitution Modifier + Proficiency Bonus + 8 or it takes 1d8 acid damage and a -2 penalty to AC until the start of your next turn.

Embody Dragonic Origin

Starting at 15th level, when you imbue your weapon with your elemental origin, you gain some aspects of your draconic origin’s powers. You gain a fly speed of 60 feet as you sprout dragon-like wings and gain a mini-breath weapon you can use as a bonus action. This mini-breath weapon has a range of a 20 foot cone, a dexterity saving throw DC equal to your Constitution Modifier + Proficiency Bonus + 8 (succeeding is half damage), deals 3d10 damage of your elemental origin type, and must recharge after each use by rolling a 5 or a 6 on a d6. You can use this breath weapon up to a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest. This embodiment of your draconic origin lasts until your imbuement dissipates from your imbued weapon.

Improved Elemental Imbuement

Starting at 15th level, your elemental imbuement deals 1d10 damage of your elemental origin type.

Elemental Breaker

Starting at 18th level, you ignore creature’s resistances to the damage type of your elemental origin. If you chose Green Dragon as your origin, you instead ignore immunities to the damage type of your elemental origin.

Improved Elemental Imbuement

Starting at 18th level, your elemental imbuement deals 1d12 damage of your elemental origin type.
