Base Class: Warlock
Your pact draws on the power of a Watcher, a primordial entity of fear. It is the manifestation of the fear of being watched, exposed, followed, of having secrets known, but also the drive to know and understand, even if your discoveries might destroy you. Many beings that seek out the immense knowledge and power of a Watcher are often already being watched by it, as it feasts on the sufferings of those under its unrelenting stuporous gaze. In a pact with this entity, it promises the ability to know and understand all—as long as you help spread its fear.

Beholder's Sight
At 3rd level, the Watcher’s influence enhances your perceptive abilities. You gain proficiency in the Perception and Insight skills if you don't already have them. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses either of those proficiencies.
Prying Eyes
Additionally at 3rd level, you can use your bonus action to intently focus and study a creature that you can see within 30 feet of you. You immediately learn one vulnerability, resistance, or immunity of that creature of your choice that you do not already know. For the next minute or until you focus on another creature (whichever comes first), you can use a bonus action to repeat the action against the target, provided that the creature is within range and you can see them, and learn one additional vulnerability, resistance, or immunity, of that creature. Whenever this effect ends on a creature, they cannot be affected by this feature again until you finish a long rest.
Beholder's Compulsion
At 6th level, you can cast Zone of Truth without expending a spell slot once per long rest. When casting the spell in this way, you invoke the gaze of the Watcher upon those who fail the spell’s saving throw within your Zone of Truth, rendering them unable to avoid answering questions, compelled to speak about the questions asked regardless of their will.
All-Knowing Eyes
At 10th level, your visual prowess strengthens further, allowing you to keenly observe an opponent and attack their mind. When you use your Prying Eyes to study a creature, the range extends to 60 feet, and you gain the option to choose to learn the creature’s current hit points instead of one vulnerability, resistance, or immunity.
Additionally, when you hit a creature you can see with a spell attack, you may choose to deal psychic damage instead of the spell’s original damage type.
The Watcher's Crown
At 14th level, your connection to the Watcher grows stronger than ever, granting you unmatched and unwavering sight. You gain truesight to a range of 60 feet and are immune to the blinded and frightened conditions.
Additionally, as a bonus action, you choose one creature you can see within 60 feet of you and can call upon the ceaseless eyes of the Watcher to turn their otherworldly gaze onto them, allowing you and your allies to strike true. For the next minute, whenever you use your Prying Eyes to watch this creature and learn one vulnerability, resistance, or immunity, or their current hit points, you can additionally attempt to curse them; forcing them to make a Charisma saving throw against your Passive Insight. On a failed save, the creature gains vulnerability to one damage type of your choice until the start of your next turn. Once you use this action, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest.
