Bard
Base Class: Bard

Trained in instrumental music and synchronized movement, you know that your band (of heroes) will only thrive when you all thrive. If you practice and coordinate as a group, you can achieve great feats. Cover down! Hit your dot! Watch the commander's hands! Ten-HUT!

Musical Athlete

When you choose this subclass at level 3, you gain proficiency in Athletics, Acrobatics, and Performance. You may add your Charisma modifier to any Athletics or Acrobatics checks you make while performing.

You gain proficiency in Constitution saving throws. You can hold your breath for a number of minutes equal to 1 + your Constitution modifier + your Charisma modifier (minimum of 30 seconds). When you run out of breath, you can survive for a number of rounds equal to your Constitution modifier + your Charisma modifier.

Inspiring Example

Starting at level 3, when a creature within 60 feet of you makes an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, you can use your reaction to grant one use of your Bardic Inspiration to the roll, potentially changing the outcome.

Dot Book

At level 6, your skill in coordinating with a group lets you react more effectively than others. When you use your turn to plan your reaction, you can take your action, bonus action, and movement as a reaction to a triggering event, rather than just one. If the triggering event does not occur, the planned actions and movement, as well as any planned spells, are lost. Regardless, you can still only take one action, bonus action, and movement per round.

Commander

When you reach level 14, you have become a master of coordinating large groups. Once per encounter, you may use your action to change the initiative count of all non-hostile creatures you can see within 500 feet. No creature may receive a new initiative higher than 20. This new initiative order takes effect at initiative count 20, following any lair actions.

You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, and you regain any expended uses when you finish a long rest.
