Monk
Base Class: Monk

This is designed to be a Feywild version of the Way of Shadow.

Fey Knowledge

When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, your special martial arts training with the Fey has led you to master a single melee weapon of your choice. You gain proficiency with that weapon, and it is considered a monk weapon for you. Your Fey masters also taught you how to speak, read and write Sylvan.

Additionally, your time with the Fey has gifted you the ability to duplicate the effects of certain spells. As an action, you can spend 1 ki point to cast Faerie Fire or Command, or 2 ki points to cast Hold Person or Silence, without providing material components.

Fey Step

At 6th level, you gain the ability to step between the planes, travelling short distances in the blink of an eye. As a bonus action, you can magically teleport up to 40 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. You then have advantage on the first melee attack you make before the end of the turn.
Additionally, your attacks with monk weapons count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.

Improved Fey Step

You can draw on your Feywild connection to empower your teleportation. When you use your Fey Step, you can expend 1 Focus Point to empower this feature further. when you do increase the range of Fey step to 60ft and cast Faerie Fire with a 5ft radius at either the point you leave or arrive, centered on self.

Cloak of the Wind

As a Magic action while entirely surrounded by natural winds, you can expend 3 Focus Points to Meld yourself with the winds for 1 minute, until you have the Incapacitated condition, or until you end your turn in an enclosed space. While shrouded by these winds, you gain the following benefits.

Invisibility. You have the Invisible condition.

Partially Incorporeal. You can move through occupied spaces as if they were Difficult Terrain. If you end your turn in such a space, you are shunted to the last unoccupied space you were in.

Fey Flurry. You can use your Flurry of Blows without expending any Focus Points.
