Rogue
Base Class: Rogue
This subclass can only be picked by characters of small size.

People on the small side have always been pushed around due to their size, but not anymore.  They've had to learn their way around a fight to make sure they don't get bullied like they used to.  They hone their ability to use their size and small stature to take out those larger than themselves.  Considering many things are larger than them, this becomes useful even out into the wider world.  Who says size doesn't matter?

Never fear! Gnomes are here!

"Always aim for their ankles!  They hate when you do that!" ~ Gnomeregard

When climbing a creature of a size larger than yourself, you gain climbing speed equal to twice your walking speed.  The creature being climbed is considered mounted, has half movement speed and has disadvantage to attack you while you remain mounted on it.  When you grapple a creature you are mounted on, the creature has disadvantage on it's saving throw.

Additionally, you can use these features below on creatures a size larger than yourself.

Hidey!:  You can move through a space occupied by another creature, in doing so you may use your reaction to make a melee attack on that creature.

Ho!:  When a creature is mounted by you, you can add these effects to the grapple saving throw.  On a failure, you can expend the creature's next turn to move it in any direction .  On a successful save, it moves and acts normally, but you remain mounted on the creature.

Timber!

"This will take you down a size!" ~ A brave gnome on the face of dragon

Upon reaching 9th level, you gain additional abilities for your feature actions Hidey! and Ho!

As part of the Hidey! feature, You can attempt to Shove the target as part of the reaction.  The target has disadvantage on it's saving throw from your use of Hidey!.

As part of the Ho! feature, when a creature fails it's saving throw against your grapple and you begin moving the target against its will, you may move it into a nearby object or creature.  Upon crashing into either, the creature is knocked prone and takes Bludgeoning damage equal to your Sneak Attack damage.  When the mounted creature is knocked prone, you land on the ground and the mounted condition is removed.

If you crash it into another creature, the other creature must make a saving throw as if grappled by the mounted creature.  On a success, the second creature does not fall prone but takes damage equal to half your sneak attack damage as Bludgeoning damage.  On a fail, the creature is knocked prone and takes full damage.

Pick On Someone Your Own Size!

"I've got you for three minutes!" ~ Gnomey Savage

Upon reaching 13th level, if a creature is Prone, you can apply your sneak attack to an attack on the target.

Additionally, when you use your feature action Hidey! you apply Cut! to the target, and when you use the feature action Ho! you apply Tumble! to creatures directly damaged by the feature.  If a creature is prone and you use the attack action, you can attack the same target again as the same attack action once for Cut! and once for Tumble!.  Attacking the target consumes the status until it is reapplied.  Both Cut! and Tumble! last for 1 minute after being applied.

Gnomeblitorate!

"I told you!  Don't call me small!" ~ A very angry gnome.

Upon reaching 17th level, your first attack on a target that is Prone is always a critical hit.

Additionally, every time you perform an attack as part of an action (but not a bonus action or reaction), lower the roll needed to land a critical hit by 1.  When you land a critical hit, the roll needed to land a critical hit becomes 20 again (excluding other effects) and this effect continues as normal.
