Bard
Base Class: Bard

From deep within the mist shrouded swamp comes the twang of a strange instrument, a breathlessly fast tune that sets your toes to tappin', and your bones to rattlin'. And your bones ain't the only ones with that idea.

Creative Instrumentation

By the time you've joined the College of The Bone Jug at 3rd level, you've learned that when the dancing mood strikes, most anything can make a little music. From washboards to wooden spoons, if it's there, you can play it. If you ever find yourself up a creek without a fiddle, a good minute of scrounging will be sure to turn up something that can make do.

Wishful Eye

Also at 3rd level, you learn songs that echo deep into the human soul, even into the twilight realm between life and death. When a character other than yourself makes a death saving through you can use a reaction to give that character bardic inspiration, even though they cannot consciously hear you. The creature can wait until after it rolls the d20 before deciding to use the Bardic Inspiration die, but must decide before the DM says whether the roll succeeds or fails.

Secrets of Necromancy

At 6th level, you learn two necromancy spells of your choice from any class. A spell you choose must be of a level you can cast, as shown on the Bard table, or a cantrip. The chosen spells count as bard spells for you but don’t count against the number of bard spells you know.

Dance of the Dead

Also at 6th level your music can grant bardic inspiration to the undead under your control.

Fais do-do

Starting at 14th level, your raucous revelry can make any group a party. Once per long rest you can take an action to start playing a dancing tune unlike any other, granting bardic inspiration to all friendly creatures that can hear you. This inspiration refreshes at the end of your turn each round. The effect ends, and all unused inspiration is lost, if you break your concentration (as if you were concentrating on a spell) or if you take any action that would force you to stop playing, such as making a melee attack.
