Warlock
Base Class: Warlock

A mighty draconic entity, a primal being of power and dominance, has graced you with its strength. When you choose this subclass,  you might have pledged your service to an ancient dragon, or perhaps the spirit of a dragon channels itself through you. Perhaps you have been subdued by the tyrannical Korshavix the Doomquake, or you willingly serve Caranhelg the Sage. Or maybe the dragon you call upon has long been sealed away in an unknown location.

Draconic Spells

The magic of your patron ensures that you always have certain spells ready; when you reach a Warlock level specified in the Draconic Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spell prepared.

Elemental Inheritance

Your dragon patron bestows you with their primal elemental energy. Choose either fire, cold, lightning, thunder or poison. You gain the following benefits:

  • You are resistant to your chosen damage type.
  • Whenever you deal damage of your chosen damage type, you can roll one additional damage die.

Whenever you gain a Warlock level, you may change your chosen damage type to another that is listed here.

Imposing Presence

Lesser creatures are cowed by your presence, either fleeing in terror or scurrying to serve. As a bonus action you let out a mighty roar. Choose one of the following effects:

Inspiring Roar
Creatures allied to you within 60ft can move up to their full movement.

Frightful Roar
Choose a number of creatures up to your Charisma modifier within 60ft. Those creatures must make a Wisdom save against your spell save DC. On a fail those creatures become frightened of you for 1 minute and must use their reaction (if available) to move their full movement away from you. Creatures can remake the save at the end of their turns, ending the condition on a success.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier. You regain expended uses of this feature after finishing a long rest.

Dragon's Pride

Your patron imbibes you with their will and prowess.

You are immune to the frightened condition.

In addition, whenever you make an intimidation, persuasion or insight check, you can choose to add 1d10 to the roll. You can add the 1d10 after the roll has been made but before you know if you have succeed or failed. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier and you regain expended uses after finishing a long rest.

Dragon Supreme

You allow the draconic energy flowing through you to transform your body.

As an action, you can transform into any young dragon, gaining access to their stat block. While transformed all your stats are changed to that of your chosen dragon except for your Wisdom, Intelligence and Charisma scores and your Hit Points do not change. You gain access to all of your chosen dragon's features and actions, but you cannot cast spells and cannot interact with magic items.

The transformation lasts for 10 minutes and can be ended early by using an action. Your transformation also ends early if you drop below 1 Hit Point or are made incapacitated or unconscious. You can choose if your equipment falls in your space or merges into your new form. Equipment that merges with your new form has no effect while you're in your new form. Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
