Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Your weaveheart was designed for assassination and in order to overwhelm your targets and exploit their weaknesses your attacks shift through damage types. However due to human error or irreparable damage you cannot control these shifts as your body glitches and shifts wildly out of control.

Damage Shift

When you activate your rage ability roll 1d12. The number rolled determines which damage type your weapon damage will shift to. Only your base weapon's damage will shift, any separate damage added from magical items remains the same. This effect lasts until the end of your rage.

While your rage is active you also gain 1d4 of the shifted damage's type. This extra damage will increase as you level, increasing to 1d6 at 5th level, 1d8 at 10th level, 1d10 at 14th level, and 1d12 at 17th level.

Damage Type List

1. Physical (Pick either slashing, piercing, or bludgeoning.) *This damage is non magical unless you are wielding a magical weapon.*

2. Acid

3. Poison

4. Psychic

5. Thunder

6. Fire

7. Cold

8. Lightning

9. Necrotic

10. Radiant

11. Force

12. Your Choice (On a 12 you choose any of the damage types from this list)

Shifting Defense

When you roll your damage shift you also gain resistance to the damage type(s) rolled. This resistance lasts so long as you are raging. At 17th level these damage resistances become immunities.

Enhanced Heart

When you roll for Damage Shift roll 2d12. Gain resistance to both damage types roll, then pick one to be your damage for attacks. Additionally when rolling for damage roll an extra die of the chosen damage.

Damage Overload

After taking damage from a damage type not resisted by you, take a Reaction to half the damage taken. Then on your next turn take a Bonus Action to release the resisted damage in a 15ft radius blast. The damage of the blast is the same damage type and amount equal to the damage resisted. This radius is increased to a 30ft blast at 17th level.
