Ranger
Base Class: Ranger

You are an expert in tracking down and neutralising single targets, using your abilities to rid the world of those who would seek to harm others.

Level 3: Tracker

You have mastered the art of studying and tracking enemies. You gain proficiency in Survival, or another Wisdom based skill if you already have Survival Proficiency. You also gain Expertise in Survival, and can use it in place of Intelligence skills when researching or recalling knowledge about adversaries. An adversary is any creature who you are tracking, or who's goals oppose your own.

Level 3: Vigilante's Prey

When you use Favoured Foe to cast Hunter's Mark, the spell has unlimited range and doesn't require you to see the target if they are familiar to you and are on your plane of existence. Familiar targets are anyone you have researched or interacted with socially in the last 30 days.

Level 7: Flashbang

Once per turn when you hit a creature within 15ft of you with a weapon or unarmed strike, you can use your ranger magic or a makeshift grenade to attempt to flashbang them. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. Creature's under the effect of your Hunter's Mark have disadvantage on this save. On a failed save, the target has the Stunned condition until the end of your next turn. On a successful save, the target’s Speed is halved until the end of your next turn, and the next attack roll made against the target before then has Advantage.

Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a Short or Long Rest unless you expend a use of your Favoured Foe (no action required) to restore your use of it.

Level 11: Critical Accuracy

When you land a Critical Hit on a target affected by Hunter's Mark, you can roll an extra die when determining the Hunter's Mark damage (before doubling the dice). In addition, whenever you hit a stunned target within 15ft of you, it is automatically a critical hit.

Level 15: Improved Flashbang

You can now use Flashbang every turn without expending a use of Favoured Foe.

Level 15: Master Tracker

Hunter's Mark no longer requires concentration when cast using Favoured Foe. When you use Favoured Foe, you can also gain the effects of the Scrying spell, and the target automatically fails the saving throw. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a Long Rest.

In addition, you can expend multiple uses of Favoured Foe in the same Bonus Action to target multiple creatures with Hunter's Mark. If you also choose to Scry on one of these targets, you can Scry on all of them (the spell still only lasts for 10 minutes, and you need to use and action to switch the target you are viewing).
