Base Class: Ranger
Ghurka Pathfinder
The Ghurka Pathfinder is a ranger subclass inspired by elite mountain warriors known for their mastery of guerrilla warfare and survival in harsh environments. These warriors are experts at navigating treacherous landscapes, tracking enemies with uncanny precision, and striking with swift, lethal blows before disappearing into the wild. Wielding the iconic kukri blade, they combine deadly efficiency with unmatched resourcefulness.
Ghurka Pathfinders are as comfortable scaling jagged cliffs as they are stalking prey through dense jungles or barren wastelands. Their connection to the natural world makes them exceptional hunters, able to outwit even the most cunning foes. They are trained to exploit their surroundings to their advantage, using stealth and agility to ambush enemies, and their keen senses ensure nothing escapes their notice.
These rangers are also protectors, defending their communities and sacred lands from threats both monstrous and mortal. Their bravery and determination are legendary, allowing them to face overwhelming odds with unshakable resolve. Whether guiding their allies through perilous terrain or leading daring assaults, Ghurka Pathfinders are the embodiment of fearless, adaptable warriors.
In Exandria, Ghurka Pathfinders may hail from the Cliffkeep Mountains of Tal'Dorei, serving as protectors of isolated settlements, or from the Rumal Garrison of Marquet, where they defend treacherous trade routes. In Xhorhas, they might serve as stealthy scouts for the Kryn Dynasty or as guerrilla fighters resisting the dangers of the wastelands. Wherever they are found, Ghurka Pathfinders are known for their unyielding courage and skill in combat.
