These inventive chefs craft enchanted meals and delicacies that bolster their alliess, granting them protection, resilience, or opportunity. Just as adept with words as with spices, Culinarians wield their silver tongues to inspire allies with empowering words and destabilize foes with biting wit. Whether in a grand feast or an impromptu campfire meal, the Culinarian ensures their party is well-fed and well-fortified, turning the art of cuisine into a formidable weapon.
Through their skills, they bring the party together with camaraderie and flavor, proving that even the simplest dish can be a recipe for heroism.
Tool Proficiency
3rd-level Culinarian feature
You gain proficiency with cook's utensils. If you already have this proficiency, you gain proficiency with one other type of artisan’s tools of your choice.

You always have certain spells prepared after you reach particular levels in this class, as shown in the Culinarian Spells table. These spells count as artificer spells for you, but they don’t count against the number of artificer spells you prepare.

3rd-level Culinarian feature
A master in the kitchen, you can use your culinary skills to prepare meals to nourish yourself and your allies.
Whenever you finish a long rest, you can prepare a bountiful breakfast for yourself and a number of other creatures equal to your Proficiency Bonus. Roll on the Bountiful Breakfast table to determine the breakfast's effect. Each creature gains the benefit of the same breakfast.
A creature who eats this special breakfast can use the benefit associated with it once. The ability to use the benefit lasts until it is used, or until the end of your next long rest

In addition, as part of a short rest, or by using your action and expending a spell slot of any level, you can prepare a succulent snack. When you do so, you choose the snack's effect from the Succulent Snack table. A creature can use their bonus action to eat the snack, and gain the benefits of its' effect.
Creating a succulent snack requires you to have cook's utensils on your person, and any snack you create with this feature lasts until it is eaten, or until the end of your next long rest.

Chef de Cuisine
5th-level Culinarian Feature
At 5th level, your skill in using words to inspire - and scold - becomes masterful, both in the kitchen and beyond.. You learn the guidance and vicious mockery cantrips, which count as artificer cantrips for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of artificer cantrips you know. When you cast these cantrips, you can choose to target two creatures instead of one, provided they are both within range, and both within 10 feet of each other.
You can also cast create food and water without expending a spell slot and without preparing the spell, provided you use cook's utensils as the spellcasting focus. Once you cast this spell with this feature, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest.
Restorative Recipes
9th-level Culinarian feature
Your recipes take on restorative properties:
- Whenever a creature rerolls a d20 using the benefit of one of your bountiful breakfasts, they add your INT modifier to the number they rolled, and if they still fail the check, the use isn’t expended.
- Whenever a creature eats one of your succulent snacks, the creature gains temporary hit points equal to 2d4 + your Intelligence modifier (minimum of 1 temporary hit point).
Grandmaster Culinarian
15th-level Culinarian feature
After a lifetime of exposure to both the burning stoves and sharp words of the kitchen, you gain resistance to fire and psychic damage.
In addition, you become trained to command the most complex and advanced arcane magics known to the culinary arts. You can cast heroes' feast, Mordenkainen's magnificent mansion and glibness without expending a spell slot, without preparing the spell, and without material components, provided you use cook's utensils as the spellcasting focus. Once you cast a spell with this feature, you can’t cast that spell with it again until you finish a long rest.
