Base Class: Cleric
Clerics of the Fire Domain worship the physical embodiment of fire, Phoenix.
Phoenix, the greatest of the fire elementals, is thought to be the spark that started life in the material realm. It signifies the birth, death and the eventual rebirth which supports local belief of reincarnation. As a being of flame, Phoenix is prayed to for power and magic, but also cleansing and healing.
Fire Domain clerics are honourable and seek to defend and preserve life, but with respect to the inevitable death of the mortals of the realm. They often man the foregrounds of the battle to help protect their allies as they fight.

Starting at 8th level, you are able to focus flame into the legendary Flametongue sword as a bonus action. You must have your main hand empty to do this. Flametongue acts as a +1 magical longsword, dealing 1d8 fire damage and 1d8 radiant damage plus your strength or dexterity modifier on a hit.
The sword lasts until you use it to attack, if it comes in contact with water or for a maximum of 1 minute. You can summon Flametongue a number of times equal to your wisdom modifier.
Channel Divinity: Phoenix Incarnate
At 17th level, you can present your holy symbol, allowing Phoenix to enhance your body as an Avatar of Fire. Your body gives off yellow and red flames in waves, giving the appearance of wings, this awards the following perks:
1. Any creature within 5 ft of you at the end of their turn takes fire damage equal to your Wisdom modifier x2.
2. If you fall to zero health while in this form, you instead roll 1d8 and heal that much HP. This ends Phoenix Incarnate.
This ability lasts for 30 seconds (5 rounds) but can be dismissed as a bonus action. Alternatively, you can direct your holy flames, as an action, to heal an ally for 50% of their health (this also ends Phoenix Incarnate).
