Base Class: Rogue
Your razor-sharp wit and intellect guides you in your roguish endeavours. Your body and mind flow like water in perfect sync, carefully planning your actions in real time. These rogues are quick witted, knowledgeable, and rely on leveraging their intellect and understanding of the world around them.
Swift Stratagem
Starting at 3rd level, you are able to apply your wits to plan your actions in real-time. When making an attack roll or ability check that uses your dexterity modifier; you may use this feature to grant yourself advantage on the roll. The second die roll uses your Intelligence modifier, instead of dexterity. The result is the higher of the two rolls after modifiers are accounted for. If you would otherwise have disadvantage, you instead roll a single die and use your Intelligence modifier.
Once you use this feature, you can't do so until the end of your next short rest.
Psychoanalytics
Starting at 3rd level, you've learned to use your intellect and knowledge to analyse the behavioural patterns of others, forgoing a reliance on intuition. You gain proficiency in Insight, and can add double your proficiency bonus to checks made with it. Additionally, you can choose to use your Intelligence modifier instead of Wisdom for checks made with the Insight skill.
Gleaning Onslaught
Starting at 9th level, you learn to analyse the physiology of your opponents, gleaning information from their reactions to your attacks. When you hit a weapon attack on a creature you can use a bonus action to require the target to succeed on a Charisma saving throw or be Gleaned for the next minute.
Attacks against gleaned creatures are always eligible for sneak attack, including sneak attack damage on the triggering attack. While not wearing medium or heavy armor, attacks against you by a gleaned target have a bonus to your AC equal to your Intelligence modifier.
Gleaning Onslaught save DC: 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence modifier
Adaptive Cunning
Starting at 13th level, you are able to use your intellect to cover certain weaknesses. You can choose to use your Intelligence modifier instead of the usual modifier for any ability checks using the following skills: Animal Handling, Deception, Medicine, Persuasion, Sleight of Hand, Stealth, Survival, and any ability checks using tools that utilise the Dexterity, Wisdom, or Charisma ability score.
You can also use Swift Stratagem with any ability check using Wisdom or Charisma.
Prescience
Beginning at 17th level, you've sharpened your mind to the extent where you can process both imminent danger and openings for attacks, split seconds before they happen. At any time, you can use your Intelligence modifier instead of the usual modifier for Dexterity, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws.
Additionally when you make an attack roll you can expend a use of Prescient Fighting to add your Intelligence modifier to the roll. This occurs after the roll, but before you know the outcome.
You can use the Prescient Fighting feature a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
