Base Class: Barbarian
If barbarous tribes were not able to rally under a single leader, they would have disappeared ages ago. Some are called to lead the war band, through birthright, savvy or a particular hunger for power and prestige. These barbarians rise to become Bandit Lords. Bandit Lords are often loud and brash, commanding not only their followers but the battlefield as a whole. They struggle to share power, and often challenge others to lead any group they are a part of, yielding only to a stronger leader.
A Bandit King/Queen is recognizable by their preference towards fighting with two weapons in the heart of the fray. Often these two weapons bear significance to the Bandit Lord, usually one is a family heirloom and the other a keepsake from a particularly noteworthy moment in their ascension.
They are also called War Leaders, Battlecallers or Wild Princes.
Savage Arrogance
Starting at 3rd level, your confidence and swagger allow you to command social situations. Whenever you make a Charisma check, you gain a bonus to the check equal to your Strength.
Additionally, at 6th level your force of will causes you to gain proficiency in Wisdom saving throws. If you already have this proficiency, you instead gain proficiency in Intelligence or Charisma saving throws (your choice). [add manualy though]
Berserk Mode
Starting at 3rd level, whenever you enter rage you may twice per long rest enter a bloodlust state that lasts for 1 minute to one hour (depending on how long you're capable of raging), when you enter this state you must make a wisdom saving throw of 15 or become fueled with bloodlust until you snap out or when the rage ends, to end it you must make a wis saving throw at the start of your turn, same goes for when you're not in the bloodlust state.
Meanwhile the bloodlust causes you to attack anybody near you or charge towards them [roll a _d# [# = amount of beings within reach, _ = the amount of attacks you got]. What this ability does though is it doubles your attacks and bonus actions and makes you immune to being frightened or charmed.
NOTE: THIS DOESN'T STACK WITH FIGHTER'S ACTION SURGE
Leaders Bond
Starting at 3rd level, any creature within 60ft of you who is allied to you AND views you as their leader gains a +3 bonus towards all rolls they make, while you gain no bonus except them being able to give you double advantage with the help action.
Level 6: Summon Minions (Rebell Edition)
Roll a 1d6 to determine what type of minions you get then look at the amount of them you get besides the number and name. You may use this ability twice per short rest. (At 10th level, and 14th level this becomes upgraded.
1. Gnoll (Helper)= 3d2
2. Gnoll (Bruiser) 2
3. (Scavenger) 2d3
5. (Bomber) 2d2
6. Gnoll (Bruiser) and (Bomber) 2d2
10th level you may use this three times per shortrest, 14th the amount doubles.

Brutal Command
At level 10 you gain the ability to command your allies or minions as a bonus action to attack someone or something all at once using their reaction (mind you it's on attack), as you can use this a number of times equal to your prof per long-rest.
Bandit Emperor/Emperess
At level 14 you gain advantage against any roll charisma involving an enemy, ally, or someone whose neutral towards you and is an criminal, meanwhile your bounty doubles again as now every kingdom wants your dead or alive, making you hunted down on the regular.
Meanwhile you may roll 2d6 for your minions.
