Base Class: Ranger
A dedicated courier is well-travelled, well-prepared, and well-armed. Rangers of this sort specialize in delivering packages or messages without fail at great risk to their own wellbeing, a job for either the brave or the reckless - and only a small leap away from adventuring.
Level 3: Irrefutable Delivery
You go to great lengths to ensure a delivery never fails. Your speed increases by 10 feet, and you can take the Dash or Disengage action as a bonus action on your turn.
In addition, your clearly visible status as a courier causes creatures to instinctively take anything you give to them without a second thought. This includes enemies in combat.
Level 3: Trade Secrets
You are skilled in spotting falsely documented or resealed packages and, depending on your scruples, might even produce some yourself. You have proficiency with forgery kits and in the Investigation and History skills.
Level 7: Punctual Trailblazer
You move with such speed in pursuit of punctuality that friction ignites your path. Your weapon attacks deal an additional 1d8 fire damage if you have moved at least 20 feet beforehand during your turn, and any enemy that passes through a space you moved through on your last turn must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 4d8 fire damage, halved on a success.
Both instances of fire damage increase by 1d8 when you reach 13th level (to 2d8 and 5d8) and again when you reach 17th level (to 3d8 and 6d8).
Level 11: Mystical Stamps
You have become powerful enough to infuse magic into your stamps. You learn the spell Glyph of Warding and can cast it as an action with no material components or spell slot required. It counts as a ranger spell for you, and you can cast it in this way a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended uses at the end of a short rest.
Additionally, your Glyph of Warding spells no longer end when moved more than 10 feet from where they were cast.
Level 15: Delivered Yesterday
Your incredible skill allows you to somehow deliver a parcel through space and time such that it already arrived. As an action, choose a creature whose name you know and an object you are holding. The object disappears from your grasp, and the target creature immediately remembers that you had delivered the object to them at a prior date, producing it from behind cover where it had obviously been hidden up until now.
